Great tour, the whole family enjoyed this experience. - Ask for Avelino, you won't regret it. He will machine gun you with Mayan facts and history. He and his team are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The Tour is long but you will get history, fun and great treats. It gets pricey, but it is worth it.

Best action-packed, cost efficient and productive trip throughout the Yucatán! Highly recommend! Julio is an OG! - Fantastic tour! Hands down the most interactive and action-packed tour that I have been on! Our guide Julio was hilarious and did very well engaging and building rapport! He knew so much about the history of the area and communicated his thoughts in both English and Spanish. Activities were great, however I would recommend they give us about 20-30 more minutes for the cenote swim.

Very well organized, a day to remember. - Guides and luxury tour. Tourist friend, please if you plan to schedule don't be the type of person who returns to the bus late. That delays the whole group and leaves less time to enjoy the itinerary. Consider the rest of the group. The guides do their best to maximize the time but the ultimate responsibility is for us tourists.

Full day - Full day! I went with Julio and Valentine. Julio was a great guide, he made our trip very entertaining with his jokes. And they were both very attentive throughout. Or I recommend 100% Chichen Itza spectacular, refreshing cenote, good food and Valladolid has its charm

doubt - I have doubts, I'll stay in an Airbnb near the palapas, how far is it from the meeting point? Someone could contact me or give me a number since they do not answer on the phone of the page

Things I Wish I Knew Before Booking.. - Although the tour guide was great, there were a lot of things I wish I had known before going on this tour as it was not mentioned on their TripAdvisor page. 1) The first being that this was a 15-hour trip that could have easily been condensed into a shorter time. We spent almost 2 hours on each side driving down the coast of Mexico picking up other visitors. Once everyone is picked up, it's another 2 hours to the Cenote/Chichen Itza. Around 60% of this trip will be spent sitting on a bus. I was picked up at 7:30am and did not get to the Cenote for another four hours. 2) Water and snacks are NOT included on the bus. They will cost you extra. You will only get one free meal (around 2pm), so many of us went all morning without any food or water. The restaurant where the food is provided also does not include water, so you will have to pay for that too. Make sure to bring a lot of cash because there are several extra charges that are not mentioned. Another is that if you forget bug spray or sunscreen, that is an extra $10 each. 3) I also wished I had known that this tour would be mostly in Spanish. As someone who only speaks English, I felt as though I was missing out on the whole experience. Our tour guide would speak 90% in Spanish and then throw in a few words of English. If I were to do this again, I would prioritize a private English-speaking tour. The best part of this experience was seeing the Chichen Itza, which I've wanted to see for years. Everything else could have been scrapped, and I wish I had been warned beforehand!

Shorten the trip and charge the same price!! - This is a 15 hour long day which starts with the first 5 hours picking up passengers and then visiting a Mayan gift shop Could be shortened by at least 5 hours and I would’ve enjoyed it far more and still paid the same price You don’t arrive at Chichen Itza until about 13:30 which is when the tour really starts I think the worst bit of the day was the cenotes only being maximum 1 hour stop. Swim time, dried, and back on the bus all to be done within that time frame doesn’t leave you much swim time… Lastly, if you owe any money to the tour on the day (which you will) then make sure you give them the exact amount. You will not be getting your change

Hidden fees beware... - The company asked me to pay 820 mex dollars for each person which is considered as a entrance fee to chichen itza ..but when they gave tickets to me there it was 648 mex for adults and 100 mex for childrens..
