Cenote Chac Mool - • We convene at 8 am at the agreed-upon meeting point, with the diving equipment pre-loaded in the transport.
• The journey to the Cenote takes approximately 30 minutes. During the drive, we’ll provide additional details about the day’s schedule, the diving sessions, and offer insights into the significance of Cenotes in Mayan history and culture.
• Your dive master will review your past diving experiences with you and provide advice to enhance your comfort throughout the dives.
• Upon arrival, you’ll gear up. We’ll collectively ensure all equipment is in prime condition, with your guide verifying tank pressure and conducting a thorough check.
• A walk-through of the site will acquaint you with the Cenotes, the entry points, and the planned diving route.
• Prior to the initial dive, we’ll conduct a safety and diving orientation.
• The interval on the surface will be scheduled according to the first dive’s duration.
• Post the completion of two distinct dives along separate routes, we’ll dine together at a local Mexican eatery (subject to Covid 19 restrictions, an alternative might be Sandwiches).
• We anticipate returning to Playa del Carmen between 2:30 pm and 3 pm.

- Scuba Diving certification is MANDATORY - Minimum Open Water diving
- Minimum age is 15 years old
- NO underwater cameras allowed!
- Last diving experience should be minimum 6 months ago

Amazing time - We had an amazing time! It is so beautiful and so calming. It is definitely worth it !!! I recommend. The water was a bit cold but super clear. I felt like being in a cathedral.

Cenote dive day with The Cenote Guys - Super professional crew who take care of everything for you and know the cenotes perfectly to give you the best experience.
Dived with Sebastian and Paco on separate days, as a relatively inexperienced diver they give you access to the world of cenotes and make it safe and fun. All gear was provided but cenote fees are extra, great value for 2 dive day.

Amazing cenote dives with THE CENOTE GUY - We had an amazing day of diving cenote. Paco was an excellent guide and very safe. Our dive shop has sent several groups of people to THE CENOTE GUY and everyone comes back raving about a wonderful experience, If you are thinking of diving Cenotes check them out you will not be dissatisfied in their service. I have done about a dozen different cenotes and this is a TOP NOTCH organization. Very easy to book and communication was excellent.

Highlight of my trip - Great dive shop, incredible guides and a unique experience that I would recommend to anyone wanting to dive near Playa del Carmen. Had halocline in Kukulkan/ Little Brother which was very cool

Amazing time even in the rain. - Great experience, felt very comfortable and safe. My instructor was great and diving in the cenote was the highlight of my trip. It rained a lot during the night before and the morning of the trip so the top layer of water was a bit murky but underneath it was still amazingly clear and didn't impact the experience for me. Would definitely dive again with this company.

Definitely Should Go!! - Great experience from start to finish. Booking was a few easy messages with all questions answered promptly. Payment and instructions were clear.
The morning of the trip we were introduced to our guide Paco. He was fantastic! A guide can make or break a trip and Paco made it the best yet!
The dive itself was a once in a lifetime. Paco made sure all divers were briefed and had excellent communication. As for the dive I won’t spoil it, but you won’t be disappointed.
Do be prepared for after the dives, the cenote we toured did not allow personal cameras. They did have a photographer on site. The pictures were fantastic and cost around $75 per couple.
Overall I can’t recommend them enough.

Mind blowing - We actually did 8 dives in 4 days with the cenote guy. Everything is in well set up with timely response. We dived with Paco and Seb and they both are superb! Highly recommended to dive with them ! Will definitely come back again, the cenote experience is really something you need to experience in your life.

10/10 would repeat - Great team! Mel made is feel great and the Cenotes are really worth a dive. Also, is visible that the equipment is well taken care of
