Amazing Experience - We had an amazing dive. Anna, our guide, was very professional and friendly. We were delighted to find out that we were the only people to dive with her, which makes it private. She arrived at the meet-up point a few minutes late due to a road accident, and they informed us ahead of time of the delay, which I thought was very professional. Snacks, fruits and water were also provided, which is always nice. I highly recommend Cenote Guy and would 100% dive with them again if we return. Thank you for your professional yet personal service :)

Safe dive and stunning views! - I had a fantastic dive with Sebastian aka the Cenote guy! I was lucky enough to get a solo dive so I felt like I got a special tour of Dos Ojos and The Pit!! I felt super safe the entire time and was able to fully enjoy the stunning views. The Pit especially was such an amazing experience and something new that tested my dive skills! I look forward to coming back to Playa del Carmen and diving with this company again.

Nice guide and cenote dive - I was lost with the Japanese speaking shop, but the price was very different so I used this shop. The result was a very nice shop!! If you ever go to Cenote again, I would love to use it. My guide Sebastian was particularly nice, giving me a very attentive briefing, introducing me to all the buddies I dived with, and teaching me a lot about cenotes. It was fun to get to know everyone because it was just one person. Dos Ojos and Pits, both beautiful and awesome. The shop doesn't use Japanese, but if you speak some English and have some experience diving, I highly recommend it!

- This dive school is absolutely amazing!! My instructor Alma was the best and we had a great time diving. She was very knowledgeable and told me the stories about all the cenotes. I would highly recommend The Pit and Car Wash. The dives were very professionally conducted with focus on safety.

Great cenotes dive center. - Any communication with the Cenotes Guy is almost instant. Quoted me prices including entrance fees to the cenotes and other helpful hints. My dive master was Alma and she is a true professional. Inspects your gear, and gives you a detailed briefing prior to entry. Has a calm demeanor which kept me calm throughout our four dives together. The whole experience was amazing.

Best Diving Ever! - We planned to do two dives with The Cenote Guys, but we loved our diving instructors and the experience so much that we ended up doing six dives! Huge shoutout to Sebastian and Joshi for taking us through the cenotes. They were absolutely amazing and made us feel so comfortable! Also a huge shoutout to Dani for organising everything and being so accommodating! We will be back!

One of life's best experiences - I did six dives with The Cenote Guy in three days. The guide was all Sebastian. Note that I am now a dive with over 40 loggers, and I do all kinds of activities besides scuba diving, freediving, hiking, kayaking, cycling, motorcycling. However, scuba diving was one of the best experiences of my life. When diving in the ocean, if you can't see the sight or interesting creatures, you often get a little off. And wherever the world is, the sea is honestly not dramatically different. Senote, on the other hand, was new. Each spot had its own charm and it was shocking every time. The sunshine and magnificence of El Pit, Angelita's glamour, the cave terrain of Dreamgate and Taak Bi Ha were all overwhelming sights. This is the story of the Cenote diving, and the compliments for The Cenote Guy cannot be left out. Sebastian was the best guide I've ever met. I was lucky to be alone for two out of three days, and I was so sorry that Sebastian took care of me so well. The original setup and disassembly of equipment was done by myself, so I would do it instead. Relax. And in the final dive, it was recognized that the skill was good enough to change the original schedule and take it to a more difficult Senote. The contact and schedule coordination were very friendly. Overall 100% satisfied company. Senote diving is a must. It's okay to build logs from Kosmel.
