Fantastic trip that was completely made by the guides - Amazing food, photos and everything. Picked up from central Tulúm. The tour guides were funny and really interesting to listen to. Much more affordable versus other options so would highly recommend to anyone looking to see Chichen Itsa.

Conclusion of the tour: “We come from the Mayans” - The tour has been crazy in general. I would probably visit Chichén Itzá first and then the cenote to cool off a little. I know that it may get more difficult to do the route but hey, it's just a proposal without further ado. The way the tour is organized is also very good.

Good shopping excursion - The trip had a lot of agenda items so the drive didn’t feel too long. The bus is air conditioned so I was comfortable, but there isn’t a ton of leg room so it was challenging for some. A down side was that all day people were trying to sell you something and that got mentally exhausting. The first stop is at a gift shop connected to a restaurant. The tour guides gave us a pitch about everything you can buy including obsidian and Mayan birth certificates before we got there. The 2nd stop was Chichén Itzá which is packed with vendors trying to sell you the same thing (if you want to buy something go all the way to the Observatory. No one is there so the price is half). Then we went to a cenote in an outdoor shopping center with tequila shops and people trying to get you to come in and taste and buy tequila. The mandatory life jacket is not included in the ticket to the cenote which was covered by the tour. The cenote was crowded and the lifeguards reminded me of some I knew from local water parks when I was a kid aka they were annoyed by people and you could tell they didn’t want to be there. That’s fine. It’s obviously just a job. Last we went to Valladolid but only for 30min. It was an opportunity to buy a snack and walk around a bit or go into the chocolate store and learn about and then buy some delicious but expensive chocolate. All-in-all I’m glad we went, it was by far the most convenient way to hit the highlights, but either come prepared to shop or to say no A LOT.

Great time - Definitely had a good time. We are tall so the bus itself wasn't very comfortable for us since we have such long legs. But the guides were funny and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great experience! Highly recommend this tour to Bacalar. - My family and I (group of seven) did the Bacalar tour from Playa Del Carmen with transportation and lunch included. The staff was great and the sailboat crew truly made our trip delightful. The driver and tour guide were both very nice and fluent in English. It’s important to note that this tour is an all day excursion. Transportation from Playa Del Carmen to Bacalar is 3.5 hours each way, but it’s worth it. If you’re looking to discover other parts of Mexico, this excursion is for you! The sights and water of the 7 Colors Lagoon is amazing.

It was really nice just very hot - Would recommend it although in colder parts of the year, the staff was nice and helpful, and the air conditioner worked properly so we were able to be safe from the heat.
