Lots of fun, great staff - We enjoyed this trip very much. The staff was very friendly, and the food was good. The cenote was beautiful, and the zipline there was fun as well. The tequila tasting was very entertaining and engaging, and the guides were very good. Our main guides were Kevin and Miguel, who did a fantastic job taking pictures. The atv riding was my older son's favorite part, and he had a great time riding them, although my younger son was a bit scared of the speed. I would recommend the buggy for the younger children. My older son's driver was Aldo, and he had a lot of fun as he made the ride exciting and safe, and was very friendly. Overall this trip was definitely worth it and I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Cancun area and looking for an exciting nature adventure.

Amazing trip - Absolute amazing trip. Johnny, our tour guide, made our trip what it was, the zip lining, ATV'S, and the cenote were loved by all my family. Would 1 million percent recommend. Thank you, Johnny. The only thing I do recommend is make sure you cover yourself in bite spray you get eaten alive

Loved the ziplines!! - The zipline was my favorite part of the experience, it was very fun and I felt totally safe the whole time, the guides treat you with care and give a strong sense of security. Even if you're not very fond of heights you're gonna have fun and the stunning view you get of the Mayan jungle is really worth it. The cenote was also amazing, it is located in a beautiful area in the middle of the jungle, the whole experience there felt magical. Totally recommend it!

Awesome Adventure - Arturo (Berman) is the best guide I have ever had on any excursion. It was myself and 3 18 year olds and we were in with a family of 14 and also a mother and daughter. Arturo knew we were adventurous and made sure to let us the get the most out of the ATV’s, zip line, cenotes, and snorkeling. He was extremely knowledgeable, fun, and made the day perfect. The buffet lunch was way more than we expected, it was delicious. As with any excursions it’s what you make of it. For us Arturo made it easy for us to enjoy every minute of it!!! I cannot recommend this enough!!!

5 Stars - Honestly I was a Little Skeptical on the Level of adventure and fun this tour would have, seeing it was a tourist activity. But was I wrong, the ziplining was the Start of our Tour, we had 7 towers to Walk though ,the stairs are part of the Fun as soon as you reach the top and Zip though the fresh air it makes it all Worth It !!! Then We did the Atv , I was a little Bummed out seeing all the large groups go ahead of us. The Guides do such a good Job of spacing out and timing everything that you dont even see the other groups on the ride . We were riding through twists and turn and ups and downs at a pretty fast pace. I recommend if you go in couples Get the double rider so you can experience both the driving and the Riding . Then it was time for a break . The Food was Delicious! It was buffet style with options of Mexican style grilled chicken , pork, rice beans , nachos , salad bar , water , mango water ,and hibiscus water !!! Finally , after a nice refresh it was time to go down into a cave and be greeted by the Cenote . WOW this was my favorite , it's so well preserved there is still natural life in there (bats ,catfish....) the water is chilly but you soon forget about it once you look up and see the ceiling covered in stalactites, it's was surreal !!! then put your Goggles on and you can see underwater caves. We only stayed on the surface though for obvious safety reasons. 10/10 overall experience. our GUIDE OCTAVIO was well educated and informed. He's Funny and very attentive

Multiple activity tour - We booked our tour through our hotel. We did zip lining, which was super fun, a lot of stairs to climb but each tower has fresh water for you once you arrive so that is a nice perk! We want to mention that they will try to guilt you into paying extra money for the ATV insurance. Everyone else paid but we did not. They claim the tour is wild and make you worried you will crash your ATV but in reality the tour was pretty basic, you drive on a dirt road for about a half hour in a line and make multiple stops. Also, our hotel told us the ATV’s did not have governors on them but that was a lie. They definitely have governors. Don’t let them guilt you into paying extra for that insurance, just be caustics and you’ll be totally fine. The food they feed you was some of the best food we ate in Mexico! It was amazing!! Such good flavor! Initially I was going to get stuff from the salad bar but noticed things weren’t chilled so I chose not to eat it. Others were eating it though and seemed to like it. The last portion of the tour was the underground cenote. It was beautiful! They give you a snorkel mask so you can see under water. Oh wanted to mention. . They don’t let you have your phones at all and the reason is because they have a photographer taking pictures of you throughout the tour. However, once you’re done your only option is paying 70.00 for the picture pack which seems crazy. We felt frustrated with that for sure. Overall it was a fun tour!

My friends and I went on... - My friends and I went on this excursion to celebrate my birthday. We had an amazing time with ziplining and ATV rides as first timers. Our tour guide Johnathan was amazing, he taught us alot about the native trees and animals in the area as well as keeping us safe throughout all the excursions. The food was wonderful as well. I would only make one suggestion which is being more clear in the schedule for the day in terms of how long the commute is to the actual excursion. It made it difficult to plan the rest of our day and we almost missed our dinner reservations. Besides that I would highly recommend.

Zipline great. ATV good... but watch out for small print - Have done a few ziplines around the world and this one is good. 7 lines around 200 to 350m long. They have different methods of lining which changes it up a bit instead of doing the same seated/hanging effort each time. Main issue I had with the day is we hadn't been informed of the extra insurance required forthe ATV tour. About half the instruction video is of the optional requirement for insurance which is spent shocking you into submission. Simply put it's required and it would have less of a negative impact on the day if it was just added to the quoted price instead of getting you the middle of the jungle and then telling you about the possibility of having to pay up to USD1800 in case of an accident. Also quoted time for the ATV was 40 to 45 mins and my wife timed the entirety at about 35 mins. Lunch was good as well. Decent selection of grub. Armando (Hunter) and Luis were excellent guides. Very friendly and easy going.

Loved the ziplines - Ziplines were great if you don’t mind climbing a great bit of stairs in the heat. Very thrilling. Wish the ATV portion was longer. Had so much fun. The staff is pushy about customers purchasing the insurance for the ATV’s. It’s optional but crazy scare tactics are used to convince you to buy it. Our guide, Berman, told us that if a tire on the ATV is blown on the ROCKY, UNEVEN trail, that we’d be responsible for it. Ridiculous. We also were told that if another driver rear ended us, we’d be responsible for damages. Makes zero sense. Even after we signed declination forms, our tour guide kept making comments that were sarcastic and rude more than convincing. Even told my husband that he looks experienced in driving ATV’s but I do not (because apparently you can tell that by just looking at someone’s face) and therefore we need insurance. Drive very carefully if you choose not to buy the insurance. Felt like a scam that knowing we were the only couple that chose not to purchase the insurance in our group, a staff member rode my husband’s ATV bumper without much room to allow for abrupt stops with minimal damage. The cenote was beautiful but you’re only in it for like 15 mins tops.
