As we approach our return to the Costa Adeje port, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind on the vessel and bask in the sun while taking in the scenic views of Barranco de Masca.

Best day ever! - We had the most incredible time on this trip. Make sure you pay the little extra for the sunbeds, we were some comfortable I could have slept! But the views were so stunning and there was so much to see! We saw sea turtles, tonnes of flying fish and pilot whales. It was so amazing, the swim stop was just delicious too, the water was so warm but refreshing. I’m always worried about being able to get back into the boat after swimming but the freebird had great steps that went right down into the water so it was no issue. Great service to your seat for drinks and food too. Just book it! AND incredible service from Tenerife First Excursions, I won’t book with anyone else now. I love the ease of what’s app for booking, simply great! We booked the History of music show too, an absolute must!

Playa de las Americas branch - Found this close to our hotel and came highly recommended. Lorraine (hope i spelt it right) was amazing. Wife has disabilities and uses a rollator to walk. The trips we booked, Lorraine phoned each one to make sure they were disabled friendly/accessible before taking the bookings. Absolutely first class service that shows they put their customers above "getting the sale". Went on 3 trips with them . Each one exactly as described. Top quality service.

Amazing half day trip - We had an amazing half day trip. Nice staff. The atmosphere during the trip was excellent. Open bar beverages and the food were ok.

Amazing time - We popped into the shop in Costa Adeje and spoke to Lisa Fay, she helped us book 3 different activities to do while we are on holiday here in Tenerife!, Lisa was extremely welcoming and very helpful

We spoke to Laura via what’s app and she truly made everything so easy, from recommending trips out, sending pics of bus stops , booking things for us and just being overall lovely , made our first trio to Tenerife so easy and lovely! The only place to book your trips and activities - We have booked trips in the past with this company and this time booked the Freebird Catamaran.4.5 hour trip,what a chilled.amazing day with the family, seeing dolphins and pilot Wales and the amazing landscape from the water,we have been to tenerife for a lot of years and the canaries as a hole but we have not done a boat trip in tenerife so we decided itvwas time and i would only book fro this company as you no your in good hands.i would highly recommend the 4.5 trip ,the crew where so good,nothing was to much trouble, coming round asking what we wanted to drink etc
A huge thank you to Kim for her help,spoken in the past but first time we have booked a trip at the shop with her,

Beautiful vistas along the way - It was a beautiful 4 hour cruise with many vistas and a decent meal with free beer and soft drinks; minimal whale and dolphin sightings and not much communication about what you were seeing along the cruise. Did offer a swim at a beautiful cove which we didn’t partake in, but everyone looked like it was enjoyable.

Great to see whales but boat very average - Big catamaran and well organised . Lunch veer poor unless you like tinned meatballs , no choice of offering . Would be so much easier to just offer a fresh sandwich and fruit !Sunbeds across front on boat ‘ Freebird’chargeable at 25 Euros each supposedly for 2 people . Actually only big enough for 2 very petite people or 2 kids ! Drink choice limited and served in thimble sized cups . The whales were great !!

Not booked onto and excursion paid for and Charged for free tickets - We got to the harbour only to realise that the lady in the shop hadn’t booked us onto the trip. It took around 30 minutes of debate on the harbour with the captain of the ship the only saving grace for us was that fact we took the receipt with us. We also booked close to €300 euros worth of excursions only to find out it comes with free monkey park tickets but “only if you ask” how can you ask for free tickets if you arnt told they exist. Funnily enough we actually booked the monkey park tickets at the same time we paid €300 euro for excursions and she didn’t say a single thing. This is a shady company. They don’t care about you having a good holiday only taking your money. Stay away
