Intensity offshore outfitters Early July, hot with light winds. We fished with Intensity for two days and stayed at their Cypress Cove Marina house boat for three nights. I booked everything through Josh Bodenheimer. He was great to deal with and gave me quick responses to all my questions. The house boat we stayed in was located in the back of the marina and was very quiet, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for 6 guys. We cooked, watched tv, fished off the back deck, even grilled up some of our fresh fish and got a great nights sleep before some epic days of fishing. Each morning Capt. Zack picked us up from the back deck of the house boat on time in a beautiful 42’ Razorhead Catamaran boat. He and Cameron were amazing! They are both great at their jobs and are full of knowledge on how to find fish and have a great and safe day on the water. Day one we set out for snapper. We headed south out of Venice about 10 miles and stopped at a small rig and the bite was on. We had a 6 man limit on jumbo red snapper in about 45 minutes. After that, Capt. Zack said time to fill the box with mangrove and he knew just the spot. We spent the rest of the day catching some of the largest mangrove I’ve ever seen, then headed back to the dock. After pictures, Zack and Cameron made quick work of processing the fish and dropped us off at the house boat. Day two was tuna time. We spent the morning sabiking up bait fish which was a fun experience, then headed about 60 miles south to the tuna grounds. We spent the remainder of the trip live baiting up 4 yellow fin and a bonus barracuda for fun. It was our first time catching fish of this size so the crew coached us on how to land fish like this. We had a hooked fish and bent rod in our had the entire trip ending us with 3 large tuna and one medium one. Back at the dock, we took pictures. Cameron and Zack cleaned up the fish and sent us on our way. They were great to fish with and really took care of us. We had a great time! The boat was amazing, all the fishing gear was top notch and well kept. The house boat was everything we needed. Long story short, we are ready to book again. I 100% recommend booking a trip with Intensity Offshore Outfitters 53 snapper, 4 yellowfin tuna, 1 shark and a barracuda

Great Crew and Charter... Caught a 400 lb marlin, tuna, snapper and had a blast! Zach and Cameron were on it.

We were scheduled to catch tuna, that was the main reason for the trip but we ran out of bait so we finished the day with red snappers. We only caught 4 tunas, I didn’t get a chance to experience how hard they fight. We would love go again but just focus on tuna, thanks.
