An unforgettable excursion on our Honeymoon - A super experience!!!! Really 100% recommended. My husband and I had a great time even though we didn't climb the stone because of an injury to my knee on her foot there are lookouts and other things to do. As our Guide Anderson Stiven said, patience must be your best company. You will not regret this adventure.

Great Tour a Guatape’! - Great Tour Gautape’ and la piedra el penol! Our Guide Stiven was really funny, supportive and knowledgeable.
We had a relly nice time and were able to visit many places in one day.
the only downside of the tour was the little time we spent in Guatape’ pueblo as it’s a beautiful place. But we got to go on the boat to visit the guatape’ lagoon.
I really recommend Maxitour and Stiven!

Guatape- a must-see paradise on your trip to Medellin - This is an addition to a review I wrote yesterday about Maxitours where I was very upset to receive news that there was no longer room available despite being confirmed availability. After posting the review, I received word that we were accommodated in a group.
Anyway, this is to comment that the trip with Maxitours and Stiven as Guide was phenomenal. Pickup in the morning was punctual and efficient. Stiven is a good speaker and I speak very clearly and concisely about the activities of the day as well as essential information on points of interest. The tour includes breakfast and lunch. Destination, Peñol and Guatape are first class with natural beauty, water and mountains, and amazing landscapes. I feel lucky to have made this trip with Stiven and Maxitours.
I highly recommend them as the service and professionalism was first class.

Unprofessional and unreliable - Maxitours is unreliable. Firstly, their advertisement says that they pick up from hotels, but actually required us to go to a central location to board the buses: Strike One! After confirming my reservation around 6pm for a next day tour to Guatape, they texted me at 10pm to let me know that there were no more spots available. Strike Two! So unprofessional. I cannot recommend them and warn you about what happened to me.
