Intimate experience for the soul - Truly lovely experience of a concert by candlelight. Small audience, intimate atmosphere, brilliant piano artist. We enjoyed a lot!

What a wonderful way to... - What a wonderful way to spend an hour at end of a trip. A young artist, playing Chopin for an hour, in a beautiful setting. Oh, and plenty of red wine (included) too. A FAB evening.

Great experience - Great experience. Nice location, easy to find. glass of wine included. Chairs are comfortable enough for this event. Only feedback that I would give is that there isn't a lot of difference between the VIP or regular tickets. The wine is slightly better and you are sitting front row instead of 3rd row but it's not a much better experience.

Terrible place with a great pianist - The 2 stars on this commentary are solely a credit to pianist Alice, who played at a grandmaster level. That was the end of it, the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. It started with the fact that at the entrance absolutely no one came up to me to check my ticket, after only about 10 minutes a young host came up to me and started checking my ticket. But immediately in the process an older man came up and checked my ticket for about 5 minutes, took some photos, asked a whole bunch of questions, checked something and so on. I would have turned a blind eye to it, but he was so rude to me that just horror, I never understood who that man was and what right he had to talk to me so rudely. It didn't end there. Nobody offered me the promised wine, also nobody offered to pour their own, so I thought that the wine was meant for the intermission. However, there was no intermission, the pianist played for about 50 minutes and by the end she was obviously tired, just as I was tired, the music was divine, but everything was already mixed up in my head and I wanted to pause. The host - a very young guy (hopefully of legal age as he works with alcohol) with a clear lack of experience, came on stage with a sheet of paper and read so quietly, without emotion and with terrible pronunciation, constantly stammering that it felt like he was seeing the text for the first time. In the end I didn't understand anything. I would like this beautiful pianist to change her job to a place of work that corresponds to her level.
