Upon arrival in Paracas around 7:30 a.m., proceed directly to the Paracas dock to board the first boat of the day to the Ballestas Islands, often referred to as the Mini Galapagos.
Delight in visiting these rocky islands teeming with marine life, including the blue-footed booby, guanay guano bird, Humboldt penguins, and seals such as sea lions and fur seals. On the return journey to Paracas, be sure to see the Candelabro geoglyph, thought to have been used as a navigational guide and linked to the Nazca culture.
- Huacachina - Later, embark on a winery tour to sample some of the finest wines and piscos (the official Peruvian drink) in various varieties. Then, savor a delicious Peruvian lunch with drinks included.
Finally, travel south towards the Ica region. Be amazed by the natural beauty of the Oasis of Huacachina. Explore the sand dunes of Ica with V8 modified vehicles (Buggies) and experience the thrill of sandboarding, an adrenaline rush in the desert. Later, enjoy some free time to take numerous photos and stroll around the lagoon of the Oasis.
