Additional Information
- Minimum age is 8 years for the Leaning Tower
- Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half tight must be covered or entrance to the monument won’t be possible
- Remember that all tourists before to climb the Tower have to go to the proper left-luggage office to hand in bags/luggage before starting the visit.
- Due to special religious functions, sometimes the cathedral will not be visitable with the guide.
- DiscoveryPisa offers a refund on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded.
- As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain.

Pisa tour you must do… - Our guide was Andrea and she was great. We loved her detailed explanations. She made everything so enjoyable and easy to understand. It was a great tour experience.

Amazing Cathedral & Leaning Tower of Pisa - We were thrilled with our tour guide, Andrea (originally from Spain - so not sure if that is the spelling of name). She was SO knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor & very good at helping us tourists!!

Excellent experience, highly recommended - We visited Piazza dei Miracoli with Alessia - booked through the Civitatis website - and it was interesting and pleasant. Alessia is prepared and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great experience !!!! - I did five tours in Italy. This one was by far the best. It wasn't the specific sights that necessarily made it the best. It was the guide. She did an truly excellent job. The level of detail she went into was brilliant. She was able to answer all the questions. She did a great job in sharing the facts while also injecting fun into the topics as well.

Square of Miracles with Andrea - Enjoyed this morning tour with Andrea (...Allora!"...) with a nice summary of history, and debunking myths / outdated info. January is a great time to go, because you don't have the crush of excess tourists nor steamy hot weather. She gives tips on how to navigate the cathedral / baptistry / city walls, and your trip up 294+ steps of the Torre Pendente (Leaning Tower... )

Pisa tops - Alessia the guide yesterday 13 January 2024 was very good, culturally well informed, excellent explanation, excellent approach with our 8 year old child, good enough to do another tour with her. The city of Pisa was well looked after and enchanting. Thank you, Alessandra and family.

Visit to Piazza dei Miracoli Pisa - Spectacular visit with a very knowledgeable guide. We took lots of photos. It's just a shame about the bad weather but no one can be responsible for this.

Some good info but otherwise So/So - The tour guide was a little difficult to understand but she was nice. She had some good information but it turned out entrances to some of the other (and somewhat more important) buildings wasn’t included. When we bought tickets to those not included sites, we found tickets to everything would have been pretty inexpensive and easy to schedule

Left your early so we could move. Tired of standing - Your guide was good. Too hot with too much standing and not enough moving and seeing. Guide was nice but structure of standing still wasn’t good in the heat.
