Pisa is more than just a leaning tower - We had limited time in Pisa on our trip so we are grateful for our guide (Carolina?) and her wealth of knowledge to walk is through the history of the tower, the church, the baptistery and the Camposanto Monumentale. The architecture is amazing and the history even more interesting. Climbing the tower is truly an adventure. I would recommend this tour!

Good half day - Our tour guide was pleasant and knowledgable. We spent a lot of time walking in the cemetery and not enough in the actual cathedral - which would have been so much better. She did not offer to take pictures of our family or even point out good places for us to take them. Our highlight was the skip the line tickets and climbing the bell tower.

Guide was Great, But Tour both Disappointing and not Value for Money - We had an issue with this tour whereby we were never given individual tickets when we went to the redemption point/meeting point. Our guide had a group ticket that covered only the Cathedral and the Tower. It did not include the Baptistery, Museo Opera Del Duomo Pisa, or the Museum Terraces (Camposanto and Sinopie). When we flagged that we had these included, the guide was not aware of this arrangement, but did her best to try and arrange in the moment. Her colleague eventually got new tickets, but it took 20 mins out of our tour time. We only had enough time to visit the Baptistery before we had to queue for the tower. Once the group ticket for the tower was scanned, the guide left, which meant we couldn't access any other monument for the day. So, we feel a little let down by this whole experience. Furthermore, the cost suggests that a lot more was included, but in reality, things like "Entry/Admission - Duomo di Pisa". and "Entry/Admission - Piazza dei Miracoli" are already free activities, and can be enjoyed with or without booking this tour. So, a bit misleading! Therefore, I do not not feel that it represents real value for money. The guide was lovely and very knowledgable of the site. When the problem arose, she did the best she could, but clearly there was a miscommunication between her and the tour operator, Walks in Europe.
