- When the visit of the Baptistery won’t be possible due to some baptism, we will visit the cemetery instead. Cathedral could be closed due to religiuous reasons and not visitable during the tour.
- Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half thighs must be covered or entrance to the monumento won’t be possible
- DiscoveryPisa offers a refund on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays, strikes or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain. For the customers arriving by cruise ship, pay attention to how far the harbour is from the meeting point.
- Tower tickets timing: English and Spanish at 12.00 or 12.15, German at 14.30.
- Due to the 2025 Jubilee and its Ceremonies, the Cathedral may not be open to visitors or could be visited only partially, and the guide will have to do his explanation from the outside, as well as on Sunday mornings.

Great experience! - Our guide was amazing! She was funny and lively and just so full of character! She was so entertaining all our kids were into learning about everything and engaged the entire time!! 100% recommend!!

More than the Leaning Tower of Pisa Tour - Anastasia was a very knowledgeable and personable tour guide. Although this was a relatively short tour in duration (90 minutes), Anastasia shared a lot of information about the Cathedral Square. So much history about the Cathedral, the Baptistery and Bell Tower (the Leaning Tower of Pisa).

A first class tour with... - A first class tour with Anastasia who is was an excellent guide. She was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We would throughly recommend this tour as it also includes lockers and a museum so is well worth the money.

Pisa with a terrific guide on - Our tour guide was amazing, super knowledgable and gave us so much information. Very engaging and open to questions, you could really feel that she was local to the area and had a deep understanding the beautiful buildings she was guiding us through

Highly Recommend ! - What a great tour! Our tour guide was fantastic - we happened to be there on the Pisan New Year holiday (March 25) and she made sure that we timed our visits around the cathedral closure. And we had the added benefit of seeing their celebration and parade! The information on the tour was fantastic, and the entire site and buildings are breathtaking. Definitely make sure you add the Tower Climb! And once the official tour was over, we had access to all of the other buildings/museums in the complex. Very easy walk from the train station.

Pisa in a day. - It is a well balanced Tour going over each of the structures. The extra dedicated Tour that includes inside the Baptistry, museum and crypt building was good and well worth it. There is not a huge amount of walking compared to other tours. The steps in the Baptistry are tough but doable. No hand rail. We did not go up the tower though.
We went on a golf cart Tour with Viator after and got to see more of the city.

Everything with the... - Everything with the booking wnent smoothly. I was kept updated and all the emails and smses with the tickets came through in good time.
The guide had a very sing-song way about her - giving the impression that she had done this tour one too many times and was bored. But she was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions in great detail. She clearly new her history and her subject and had general knowledge beyond what was expected of the tour.
