- kids under 8 years old are not allowed inside theTower .
- When the visit of the Baptistery won’t be possible due to some baptism, we will visit the cemetery instead. Cathedral could be closed due to religiuous reasons and not visitable during the tour.
- Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half tight must be covered or entrance to the monumento won’t be possible
- DiscoveryPisa offers a refund on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays, strikes or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain. For the customers arriving by cruise ship, pay attention to how far the harbour is from the meeting point.

- Due to the 2025 Jubilee and its Ceremonies, the Cathedral may not be open to visitors or could be visited only partially, and the guide will have to do his explanation from the outside, as well as on Sunday mornings.

Amazing Tour Guide - Our tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable. He could tell us a lot about the history of the city as well as the significance of the food and wine. Great food sampling of the best of Genoa.

Pisa with leaning tower climb - The sites were wonderful and the
tower climb was a truly memorable experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and though she spoke English well, her very heavy accent made understanding her a bit difficult. Overall, easily worth the time and cost.

Loved the entire Square of Miracles! - We joined the tour late, due to a mixup on my part, and it was still worth every penny! Andrea(?) guide was fantastic, so energetic and knowledgeable. Also very funny! Loved climbing the tower, not easy! And the cathedral and Baptistry were so beautiful, full of priceless art. Also visited the Cemetary… which was included in the ticket price. Go to Pisa! Town was charming as well

First Class Guided Tour - We thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour with Anastasia. She was very knowledgeable and helpful during our tour and also gave us useful advice about our trip to Pisa. We had spent the day before in Florence so thought Pisa could be an anticlimax….how wrong were we! Pisa is a special place with its own unique history and culture. We look forward to a return visit! 😃

Pisa Day trip 2024. - What could I possibly write that can do justice to this place?
Breathtaking,immersive,beautiful and stunning.
Humanity has build some amazing structures and this is one of my favourite places.
Not just the tower,but the Baptistery and grounds also.
The view from the top of the tower(294-296 steps) it’s worth the climb.
A great family day trip and only an hour from Firenze by train.
15 minute walk from the Pisa train station.
Coffee shops and beautiful restaurants only a minutes walk from the tower also.

Excellent one day tour - Andrea was a terrific guide, mixing history with humor and giving us local insight. Wear sneakers so the climb up the leaning tower is a little less treacherous. Highly recommend this tour for a one day train ride to see the main sights in Pisa.

Wear good walking shoes... - Wear good walking shoes and take your time climbing the tower. At 66 and moderately fit, not a bad climb. Also enjoyed learning more about Pisa.
