Family fun cycle to the sea. - Beautiful day riding to the sea. Easy app to use, friendly staff who couldn't do more for you. Route is easy to follow and is flat and is mostly on a dedicated cycle path. Highly recommend doing thus trip.

Beautiful and safe bike ride - all cycle lanes and trails, so no need to be afraid of the roads and cars! - This was the most wonderful ride from the city to the sea. Easy to navigate, the journey is almost a straight line once you’re out of the city. The Ride & Smile app is relatively easy to use, although, make sure you follow the yellow route only - we began on a pink route, which took us about 10 miles off course. We LOVED it though - straight into the Tuscan countryside - but we were cycling for at least 5 hours straight by the time we got to Marina Di Pisa. Also! Try not to set off at the 12:00 slot (the sun was beating down on us and there is very little shade coverage). But what a journey! The team were absolutely brilliant - very kind and patient. Lovely for people who have very broken Italian like us! We had a brilliant experience. Thanks team Smile & Ride! One to remember for sure.

Very flexible and understanding! - We had booked the tour for Monday, July 8th but something came up and Smile and Ride allowed us to simply switch days. Additionally, we booked the beach tour, but they also allowed us to switch to the city tour. Smile and Ride did an awesome job setting us up for a great experience!

Great fun - Booked this on the day and it was amazing fun. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Made sure the bike was good for me. Gave me a lock, puncture repair kit, a pump and a phone holder for the bike. The cycle track is easy and takes you to the beach. Staff do make sure you download a map just in case. Was great to have a dip in seas after a hot cycle. Well worth it and great for families, couples or if your travelling alone

Fantastic experience and day out 🤙 Great bikes and owners 👏 - Such a fun day out to the beach on e-bikes. Easy to book online, shop in a convenient location for pickup. Owners very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained routes and how bikes worked. Provided locks, pump and can of inner tube seal in case of puncture too! Also gave teenage son bike with phat tyres, which he loved 😂 A nice touch and caused much hilarity when he saw it! Great experience all round. Would definitely recommend!

Great idea for a family ride. - Such a great business! They helped us get fitted to the well-maintained bikes and hit the road. Easy access to the main bike trail so we didn't really follow the app. Went to the coast and rode south almost to the port but decided to turn around early and grab lunch. Ton's of places to grab a bite. We saw beaches but ran out of time to try to swim. Highlight of our day. .

Tower and beach! - The ease of getting to the leaning tower and then riding to the beach was spectacular on this hot day! They were very accommodating and made it simple.

Fun experience - This was a fun experience but I do recommend that participants are somewhat athletic. I booked for "touring bikes" but we upgraded to "E-bikes". Even with E-bikes you have to pedal continuously. It is approximately 6.5 miles one way to the coast. It was a beautiful path through Pisa countryside ending at Marina de Pisa. We did have some mechanical issues but the bicycle company was very helpful and accommodating.
