Highly recommended. Lots of tour options. Rec book direct for seamless experience. - We opted for the booked direct with Concha y Toro site, offering an extra reasonable charged pick up and drop off at our city hotel.(took under hour to get there) . All worked perfectly. I’d read several negative reviews from folks who’d done a group bus bundle C&T tour, time consuming, unreliable etc. We did the 165 minute tour with icon and premium wines. Generous enough tastes-not thimble fulls;-) The sensory experience was amazing and as delightful to wine enthusiasts like me as well as others. The time flew by. The last wine we tried was the best I have ever tasted, which added to the positive experience. Well done C&T!

Special wine tasting and beautiful scenery - The visit to Concha y Toro fue will certainly be one of the best memories of the trip. We had the opportunity to learn about the history of the vineyard, taste and learn about the types of wines. The tasting with the sommelier was very interesting and we had time to enjoy it. Fully recommended.

Great experience - Luis took us to Concha y Toro to make the tour. The vineyard is sensational and the super nice tour with explanations from the vineyard guide.

Much below expectation - Tour very fast and running, the guide gets rushing to everyone. Speaking of guide...was sarcastic with the customers, without patience to answer the questions. I understand it must be a repetitive work but for the visitor it is a unique walk. I've been to other wineries and always served grape juices for my son. Concha y Toro offered a can juice of a brand x right at the entrance, horrible by the way, my son threw out, it was water with purple dye. Anyway, I expected much more from Concha y Toro. I spoke to a lady who was in the same group and had gone to Undurraga the day before and said it was much better. Oh not to mention that the value of the wine in the winemaker is more expensive than in the Jumbo Supermarket, that comes to be ridiculous.

Our group didn't like it! - I have visited wineries in the San Francisco Valley, Pernambuco, Gramado and Uruguay. I love these walks. In this month of August 2025, me and 4 friends went by Enterprise Zerando Chile. Unfortunately, none of us liked it. We did not understand what the guide said. She didn't mind waiting for everyone to come and give her information. I felt a rush because another group was coming after. We understood the explanation of the origin of the name of the wine Casillero del diablo, and it was interesting. The problem is the rest of the attraction was just about the devil. I found the focus unnecessary. It was not the wine itself, but the devil. As you walk, you have the voice of the devil, the hologram of the Devil and the amount of barrels of wine was 666. If they find it interesting, I respect it, but I found it uncomfortable to have this in the joke. On site, they sell toucas with devil's horns. I believe that the strength of wine is the quality and not the reference to the devil. Well... The positive part: Finally, there is the wine tasting. The guide well explained some relevant aspects of the wine. That was important and valid.

Bad guidance - The guide was not a person who generates a rich experience and is monotonous, along with it you have expectations that you will taste a different wine than those sold in supermarkets, it is not a wow experience.. as it is in other vineyards. Mario Antinao, was not affable and did not generate connection with the group and even with bad comments. The place beautiful, beautiful gardens, but the vineyards you will see are exhibition. Made for the visit.

Bad experience - My experience was awful, I was with my son on my lap, it was raining and the girl wanted me to wait outside, I said that I would wait inside the shop until I started a walk, they didn't let me go back for a walk, and yet one of the guides was super arrogant with me, I had to wait with my son on my lap until I finished a walk, because they didn't even let My husband got out of the walk to look for me, finally, I paid for the walk and couldn't do, I'm very upset

Subject: Complaint – Attendance on tour Concha y Toro (22/08/2025 – 16h10) - Dear, I come to express my dissatisfaction with the attention received at the tour of Concha y Toro, scheduled for the day 22/08/2025, at 16h10. We were on the spot at the right time, but as it rained intense and there were three children with us, we sought temporary shelter at the restaurant. Although we have warned the guide, at no time has there been understanding or support. On the contrary, the orientation was just to “wait in the rain,” which we considered totally inappropriate in the face of the situation. The group left without our participation, and there was not even the option to relocate to the next time, which caused us great frustration. We understand that rules exist, but we also believe that common sense and empathy should prevail, especially when there are children involved. The experience ended up being negative and very far from the standard of hospitality that we expected from such a renowned winemaker. We demand an analysis of what happened and a fair solution, either through reconsideration or other form of compensation, because we consider that there was no failure on our part. Cordially
