I recommend Smart Tour - We made two trips with the Smart Tour and it was all within normality, I recommend the company! Some problems I noticed were common in the high season, as Chile does not have as much structure for tourism as other countries. With the Smart Tour I did Farellones and Concha y Toro, the Guide Victor and the driver, respectively, were great! As the other company I paid tour I had numerous problems, called Santiago Chile Tour, compared to the Smart Tour, I found this perfect! For example, the Smart Tour Guide gave us a quick 20-minute access to the farellones park and bought our tickets for us, the customers who took the same tour by the other company went without a Guide and took a 2-hour queue to get into the park (I was in the van with them the day, but my tour was another).

Superb! - Amazing tour of the vineyard and first class wine tasting event, as well as the additional Marques tasting. Very enjoyable and very interesting. The only problem was the queuing and the slowness of the shop prevented me spending any money as I was out of time.

Tastings of great wines. - It was a super pleasant tour, with great wine tastings! A very cool experience. I highly recommend it!!!!!

Great winery - We took several winery tours on our trip and one of them was Concha y Toro, smart was committed to taking us to the winery, they were super punctual with the times, and the winery is very good to visit, we really enjoyed it, congratulations to the guys for the service!

premium wine tasting - We were promptly picked up at our AirBnB. The drive was mostly pleasant, in an air conditioned van. The tour started slowly, due to an english speaking guide not being available. The tour through the grounds was lovely. The best part was the premium wine tasting with cheese, be sure to purchase the premium package. I would have been disappointed with the general tour.

So expensive for such a short time - I don't understand why the visit starts so early and so quickly, they move to 8 in the morning to start the visit at 10 am. Ultimately disappointing to say the least - Had a wonderful tour. Bought thousands of dollars worth of wine. Never saw the wine. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or an email or contact form. It’s been 2 months of trying. Buyer beware.

Cancelled - The tour operator canceled the tour on the same day. Seven hours before an 8:00 AM tour via WhatsApp at 1:00 AM.
