Our final stop was at a second winery, set on a picturesque estate. Chef Manuella prepared a traditional Portuguese lunch that was a feast for the senses. Each course was thoughtfully paired with wines that enhanced the flavors of the meal. Paula, the owner, shared her inspiring story of leaving a legal career to pursue her passion for winemaking. Her dedication and warmth were evident as she guided us through the vineyard.

The day concluded with a leisurely drive back to Porto, where we reflected on the rich experiences and newfound knowledge we had gained.
