Douro Valley Experience - highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in exploring the Douro Valley. Wonderful tour - This tour was one our favorites from our cruise to Spain & Portugal. Our driver was Fabio and he did an amazing job of taking care of of us including my two older parents. I had some tendonitis in my knee leg and found myself unable to walk without pain that morning. He did a great job making sure we could experience the area while also accomodating our limitations. The winery tour was wonderful and the lunch stop provided was some of the best food we experienced for the week. Nice job!

Great day visiting the Douro Valley - We had great day with Fabio as our guide. There were seven all up, so a comfortable group size. Good food, good wine, really pleasant hosts - what more could we ask?

Douro Valley, Quinta, tastings, boat and meals. - Beautiful day. Our Guide was fantastic, explaining the wine, estates and history of the area. Extraordinary meal, hearty and good, accompanied by delicious wines.
The visit to the estate, which has been in the same family for 5 generations was perfect.
The boat ride gives us another perspective of the place, and the Portonic accompanied by perfect local specialties!
I highly recommend this visit, we were 6, so privileged.

Douro Valley Experience - The Douro Valley tour was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we left the meeting point, the organization and attention to detail were impeccable.
Tour Guide
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the region and passionate about what he does. He provided detailed information about the history, culture, and wine-making traditions of the Douro, which greatly enriched our experience. Additionally, he was very attentive and always available to answer questions and offer tips.
Scenery
The landscapes of the Douro are simply stunning. The terraced vineyards along the river create a picturesque and unforgettable scene. We had several opportunities to stop at viewpoints to take photos and appreciate the view, which was one of the highlights of the tour.
Wine Tasting
The visit to the wineries was fantastic. We had the chance to visit some of the most renowned estates in the region, where we were warmly welcomed. The wine tastings of Port and other locally produced wines were excellent. The winery offered a selection of high-quality wines and explained the production process in detail.
Cruise on the Douro River
The boat trip on the Douro River was magical. Surrounded by vineyards and hills, was a relaxing and invigorating experience. The boat was comfortable, and the crew on board was very hospitable.
Lunch
Lunch was served at a typical regional restaurant and was delicious. The food was authentic and flavorful, providing a true taste of local cuisine.
Conclusion
I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in exploring the Douro Valley. The combination of beautiful landscapes, exceptional wines, rich history, and local hospitality makes this tour an unmissable experience. It was undoubtedly one of the best trips I've ever taken!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! - We booked this experience as part of our week long exploration of Portugal. Little did we know that it would be one of our best highlights of our entire trip. Our guide Denis was friendly and professional. His depth of knowledge regarding the region was expansive and truly interesting. We had a private tour of a local winery after seeing the beautiful sites of the area. We then visited another winery where we enjoyed a multi course farm to table meal complete with wine, appetizers and dessert. It was amazing. We wrapped up the tour with a private guided boat tour on the Duoro River where we were treated to more wine and snacks. A beautiful ending to a wonderful day. Thank you Denis for your excellent care of our group and thank you to your wonderful company. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the wines and port of the region. Porto to Douro Valley - Ricardo is a fantastic guide. His love of the Douro Valley really translated over in his tour. He took us to a breathtaking view, probably the best of the Douro Valley. The boat tour he teamed up with is equally amazing. The guide on the boat tour also shared a rich history of the valley and the wines that they produce. Lunch was at a beautiful farm estate led by an outstanding crew and talented chef. The final stop was at a local winery where they showed us their processes and offered a tasting of all their various wines. We had an opportunity to buy wines a the end of the tour and they even offer shipping options if you can't take any wines back home with you.

Luxury sightseeing - wonderful lunch and visit to port distillery - We had a great day with a small group tour. Highlight was the port tasting, climbing inside a port barrel and enjoying a farm style lunch

Amazing Lunch and Views - There was only 4 of us on the tour, and our driver was Denis. The weather was awful, so it made the tour and driving a challenge. Denis gave us lots of interesting information as we drove. The first two stops were views of the valley which we were unable to see, due to the low cloud and mist. We did manage to get a few pictures after the weather cleared. We carried on to the wine tasting. Denis did his best to keep us out of the rain. The wine tasting was amazing and we tasted quite a few different wines and port. The women that did the actual tour was amazing. Next we went for lunch. I do not remember the name of the place, but it exceeded our expectations in every way. Got a tour of the amazing kitchen and were served delicious food. The wine flowed freely and was included. The restaurant was a family run business, that catered to tour groups. It was definatly the highlight of the trip. Next we headed to the boat tour, which was well organized for just the 4 of us. They served us a drink and some appetizers. All in all, it was a great day. I would definatly recommend this tour.
