Do not miss a tour with Alfredo! - Alfredo was absolutely dynamite. Incredible service, friendly and a font of knowledge about the Douro valley and the wineries we visited. He was flexible for us and made the day fly by as we toured the valley, learned history and of course tasted beautiful wines and ate at an absolutely top notch restaurant he recommended.

Highlight of our trip! - Me and my husband had the best experience with Alfredo! He gave us such diversity in his itinerary so we got to learn a lot about the culture and the history while also enjoying some delicious wine and food! More than worth the price! He went above and beyond even going as far as to go buy a camera SD card when ours unexpectedly got full in the middle of the trip so that we could photograph our memories. This is the best tour I’ve been on and we will forever cherish his great spirit and all the fun we had!

Unforgettable day in the Douro! - An unforgettable day with the wonderful Alfredo! Our party of six ranged in age from 41 to 79, including a non-drinker, and we all had a terrific experience. Alfredo is knowledgeable and authentic, a real person with whom you can meaningfully connect during your short time together. The wines were delicious, the food exceptional, the views breathtaking. Take this tour!

Very well planned tour... - Very well planned tour with knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed Alfredo's comment on the Douro region, the wine industry, etc. The three wineries visited were great and quite different from one another. The meal was simply phenomenal and the cruise was quite fun. We strongly recommend this tour.

Inoubliable - Alfredo is an exceptional guide. Entrust him with your day and you will have a guaranteed success. We were 14 people including 4 children aged 5 to 11. Pick up at our AirBnb. visit to one of the most beautiful Quinta in the Douro region. Beautiful terraces and gardens. Tastings. Meals. Then cruise on the beautiful Douro. If you are in a group, try the private formula. Thank you Alfredo for these unforgettable memories!

The best and most delicious wine experience - If you want to have the best experience, this is the tour you should choose. For just a little more value, you will have an exclusive guide, an impeccably new and clean van, and the best and most exclusive tasting of wines and olives. However, what surprised us most was the lunch at the Quinta da Pacheca winery. The menu of 3 dishes with harmonization was the best experience of our trip. From the wonderfully decorated lounge, the delicious wines and dishes to the dessert, we have so far no words to describe such good. I'll put some pictures but this tour is undoubtedly unavoidable. I'll tell everyone.

The Perfect Private Wine Experience in the Douro Valley! - We booked this private wine tour for our family of four (ages 22 to 81), and it was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. The entire day was perfectly paced, relaxed but never slow, making it enjoyable for everyone in our group. Our guide, Alfredo, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the region. He made the history and culture come alive without ever feeling overwhelming. The wine tastings were thoughtfully chosen, showcasing a variety of styles and estates, and each stop offered something unique. Lunch was absolutely fabulous! Delicious food paired with stunning vineyard views. And the scenery throughout the valley? Just breathtaking. We never felt rushed, and Alfredo made sure everything was seamless and comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend this experience if you want a personal, well-curated, and truly memorable day in the Douro Valley!

Highly Recommend Tourvent Travel and the Private Wine Tour - I highly recommend the private wine tour in the Douro Valley. Alfredo is very knowledgeable about the history of the region and took us to three incredible wineries. We traveled at our own pace, enjoying the wine, scenery and meeting with some of the wine makers directly! The trip also included an hour ride down the Douro Valley, incredible views. It is a full day, over 10 hours, but totally worth the investment in time.

Incredible day! - An incredible experience!! Alfredo was an incredible guide and crafted the perfect experience in the Douro Valley. He took us to incredible estates and we tasted the most delicious Port and dry wines. We ordered at least 7 bottles of wine to ship to the US. An amazing day with a great guide. Highly recommend. This is the best time and were extremely comfortable. We have no complaints and highly recommend this amazing experience.
