Additional Information
An ideal one-day adventure offering an open van safari. The Pilanesberg Sanctuary provides a chance to witness the magnificent big five and soak in the essence of Africa while being able to return to Johannesburg. All within a day.
At 9:30, our tour guide will meet you at the Bosele Station at Manyane Resort, located adjacent to the Pilanesberg Sanctuary’s main entrance. From this point, you will commence a 2-3 hour open van morning drive across the sanctuary.
A light meal will be provided at a dining place within the sanctuary. The concluding 2 hours of your adventure will be spent in an open safari van, retracing your path to Bosele Station. The estimated time for drop-off will be between 15:00 and 15:15.
Location
Pilanesberg National Park
Collection point is the Bosele Camp at Manyane Resort which is situated next to
the main entrance gate of Pilanesberg Game Reserve. We do offer a shuttle service to and from the Camp. This will be at an additional cost.

Safari Trip in July - The trip was memorable. We saw the three of the Big 5. Took lots of pictures and photos of them.The guides on duty Alex and Tian were great as well.

Amazing - The experience was amazing and the driver Bobo was very nice and it tooks us through all the park to make sure to see the big 5:Leopard,Lion,Hippo,Elephant and Giraff
I do recommend this experience.

4+4: EXCEEDED Expectations - Animals are the stars of the show. They came out to show off and when they didn’t our awesome guide tracked them down for us Speaking of our guide, he shared so much interesting knowledge especially about the symbiotic relationships of the animals in the park. All in all exceeded our expectations.
Lunch stop included is a nice touch.

Amazing to see these animals in their natural environment - Great trip. Pick up was easy and comfortable bus to the park.

Sensational - Everything went very well. I would like to thank the team for their rigor and absolute professionalism, the schedules were respected, we were able to enjoy every minute of the safari. The reserve is magnificent, we were able to observe 3 of the big five.
I can only recommend the safari with moafrika, the value for money is there.

Good value for money and worth booking - The tour ran successfully being picked up from our hotel on time. It was nice splitting the day up into 2 halves, stopping for a pleasant lunch in between which is included in the price. Didn’t see any large cats but I know this is never guaranteed. Didn’t stop us enjoying the day though
