Majestic views, peaceful, relaxing with a bear sighting! - The trip was everything! Our small group was such fun, we met some lovely people. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The views were fantastic. The coffee stop was amazing. And we saw a bear! It was a beautifully hot day so we really appreciated the care our wonderful guide Brian took showing us the sights and finding shade!

Randy, ask for Randy! - Randy was the best tour guide and driver you could ask for. He gave us history, knowledge of the area and he was fun and entertaining. We loved him and the tour.

This tour is a must do!! - Our jeep trip led by China was the highlight of our vacation to Gatlinburg. We learned so much history and info about the parks. It was so relaxing. Spectacular scenery and a variety of viewing locations. One of our party had some mobility issues and China was so patient and helpful with getting off and on the Jeep. A tour w this company is a must. The communication was efficient, too. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Worth every dollar and great for any age!!

Birthday tour - Brian made our tour so memorable! He was professional and full of knowledge. Although the weather wasn’t the best we still had a great time and got amazing pictures of the Smokey mountains!

Foothill Beauty! - Richard and Meatball were great! We enjoyed all of the beautiful stops to see waterfalls and Mountain Views! Richard was accommodating and friendly, and took many pictures of our group! Even saw a black bear!

Scenic and Informative Tour - The views and scenery were amazing. In addition, our Tour Guide provided history on the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Wildlife. We had a couple of stops so we could get out and look at the waterfalls, valleys and other points of interest. Mark 2 was our Jeep Tour Guide and he was so informative and spot on with the best views and places to stop to really experience the beauty of the Mountains. Highly recommend to do when you first arrive to get an overview of the area.

Not too satisfied - Took this tour last year and it was Great! So I decided to share this experience with my family this year. I booked for six of us. At first our tour agent wasn’t going to take us on the off rode tour, he had told us that it was very muddy back there. I told him that when we went on the tour last year it was raining all day but that wasn’t an issue, in fact it was perfect. So he went inside the building and came back out and was like we will see how it looks. We ended up doing the jeep ride and when we went back there it was extremely dry only one tiny puddle of water, very tiny. So he lied to us because there’s no way it would have been that dry if it was as muddy as he said it was. No drainage would have had it that dry! That jeep ride is the high light of the whole tour! Second we didn’t stop at the shop to buy ice cream and fried pies .there were different stores that we went in last year. But this time we went in this shop that where you can get a free cup of coffee. I asked him were we going to stop at that shop that sells tons of souvenirs, ice cream and the fried pies and different snakes and he said no that this was a different route, which was also a lie, this was the same exact route we went on last year, in fact we passed right by that shop I was asking him about. Foothills was the tour we did last year and foothills was the tour I booked for my family and I this year. He was rushing to get back for his next tour so he deprived us on our tour. The tour guide we had last year was awesome! We really enjoyed it last year but this year it was just ok! I wanted my family to enjoy it the way we got to enjoy it last year and that didn’t happen. We paid around $800 for this tour last year and this year and I feel like we didn’t get our money worth this year! I would recommend this tour but advise you to make sure you get what you paid for. I thought I was getting the same as last year and it should have been had our tour guide hadn’t lied to us!
