10 out of 10 - I liked the Bigfoot area. The scare vibe was fun for me. I kept going back there. The Flyride was super fun. I really had a fun day and Beyond the Lens is awesome.

Some Interactive Exhibits and Good Photos - We took our kids ages 8, 10, and 11 here. They had fun with the VR rides at the very end of the entire museum. Other than that we found it kind of lack luster. Some of the exhibits were incredibly boring with very little interactions. We did like the alien egg ball pit and got some really cool pictures of the kids. Wasn't worth the price as a family of 5. We had way more fun at Wonderworks.

Rude lady (Ashley) in the “finger coaster” ride - The museum is very interesting and entertaining; however, just at the end, we had a very bad experience with Ashley - the lady in the “finger coaster”. She was very rude and did not let us ride because according to her we had not followed her instructions, when from the beginning we were not being able to see anything. After scolding my son, she immediately showed us the exit door without a chance to explain. Definitely, not somebody to work in a place for families and kids. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by just one person.

Just ok - The staff were super nice. I would have given this place a higher rating but there were so many activities and things that were closed. The ball pit was closed for cleaning, some of the picture taking machines were down and they wasn’t looking up photos so you had to take your own, many of the gaming systems were down and not working. It was ok. It’s not a place we would go back to.
