Karly and Greg - This arcade topped off our trip to the island. The games were fun and we won a lot of tickets. Most importantly, Karly and Greg were great with our kids after assisting us with a machine issue. They made our kids day!

Great experience - Savanna & London were amazing! So kind to the kids and made sure the money we spent were worth it in terms of prizes. Very patient when it took us a while to choose!

Very helpful - Alexis is awsome!!!! Our grandson lost his cellphone and she was able to find it and return it to him which made his day! We will absolutely go back to arcade city on our next visit.

Girls just wanna play Wizard of Oz - During our annual visit, we always enjoy playing at this arcade and Gregg was helpful and friendly! The extra play offer is always nice!

Poor service and lack of games - The arcade isn't as good as it used to be a couple of years ago. It seems to be less games but cost is more. Even the staff aren't very friendly. There are better arcades around pigeon forge.
