Really nice driver from... - Really nice driver from the airport to my hotel. He had a sign with ny name and was very helpful and answered many questions I had about Trinidad. I highly recommend them for your transport upon arriving in Trinidad.

Great experience - The driver was courteous enough to call and let us know that he was in traffic and would be running a little late. We really appreciated this. The vehicle was extremely nice and accommodating. The driver was nice enough to stop us by a convenience store to buy drinks before taking us to our hotel. I would recommend this company.

Confusion - I received advance communication from one driver, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, no one was there to meet me. When I called the driver who had previously reached out, he declined my call (he eventually sent a message that someone else was coming to get me). I got a call from the newly assigned driver, but I could not hear what she was saying. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes before she showed up and we connected. This was not a great first impression of this company. Ultimately, the driver was pleasant and drove me safely to my hotel.

Poor - No one met me at arrivals with a sign. Once outside I had a text message to announce my arrival. I didn’t know what car or tag number to look for. A bottle of water was not provided. Not a very comforting experience for an older woman alone….
