Best Scooters in town - The staff was very friendly, we talked for a bit and they reccomended a few spots in the different towns around the area. They were even kind enough to show me around sorrento (they normally don’t to this) the scooters were in excellent condition and took us around the Amalfi coast with no issues. Next time I come to Sorrento I will rent from them again.

Viator options are super weak! - 1 hour walk from Sorento center. You will pass by 12 scooter rental places on the way there. Nothing bad to say about the rental business, buy Viator is a garbage service, not to be trusted.

Don't book here - The service people were rude. Really disorganized staff. Contradictory information on different days. If it were today I would have chosen another place to make my reservation, there are cheaper places where you will certainly feel more welcomed.

AVOID - Awful service! Huge scam! Extremely horrible communication and almost guaranteed to lose your deposit! Avoid by all means!

Not recommended! - Due to the inconvenient timings of the office we could not collect the scooter. Requested for a refund even after deduction of some amount. The same was denied. Do not recommend to book through Viator and especially do not recommend Sorrento Trips as their timings are very inconvenient for anyone who is on a vacation.
