Path of the Gods with Enzo - The Path of the Gods hike with Enzo was amazing. Enzo contacted me prior to the hike and even spoke to my hotel because I needed clarification on the meeting point. He includes information on how to get to the meeting point in his text. The hike route was chose once we got there based on the fog/ cloud cover. The hike was challenging enough that proper footwear was needed. Along the route we stopped at a goat farm and was treated to a nice tasty meal of toasted bread with tomato and cheese. We toasted with local wine. I was most impressed with Enzo’s kindness and innate nature to make sure everyone was kept safe. Even though I was solo (as my husband was sick) I was never alone. Enzo made sure that I made it back to my hotel. We had the option to take the ferry or the bus (only the bus was available). The bus tickets can only be purchased in advance at the bus station, but Enzo bought my bus ticket to get back. I cannot speak highly enough about his compassion. Of note he mentions that he also does dive tours during the summer. He is a zoologist so I can only imagine that this is probably an amazing day as well. Enzo…a million thanks! nayomi

The best! - Enzo was an AMAZING guide. He brought us up a moderate path but made sure we took a few breaks every now and then to catch our breath and tell us a few fun facts about the area. He even supplied us with walking sticks if we wanted them. We even stopped at a local goat cheese farm on the mountain to try some homemade cheese, wine, and bread that was delicious. Once we got to the top the view was more beautiful than words can describe. Highly recommend this hike and having Enzo as you’re guide!!

Great hike, fantastic views! - Really great hike with very experienced local guide Enzo. Super fun, fantastic views and at our trail end in Nocelle we ended up all eating at II Chiosco del Sentiero Delhi Dei Ristorante which was super casual place with entirely exceptional sandwiches. Highly recommend this hike with Enzo!

A Must Do Hike -- Sentiero degli Dei - Highly recommend this excursion. Great communication with Enzo prior, as weather was a possible issue. Enzo helped us plan our transportation to the meet up point and ensure all of us had a way to get back from Positano when the ferries all closed due to high seas. The trail itself provided amazing views of the coast and towns below. Included lunch at local farmer's house -- artisan bread, goat cheese, melon and pienollo cherry tomatoes. Total time was about 3.5 hours, including lunch stop and many stops for photos and Enzo's narration about the area. Hike from Bomerano to Nocelle is mostly downhill but there are a few steep areas that may challenge some folks. Nothing requiring climbing or bouldering. We wanted to spend the afternoon in Positano (short bus ride or 1800 steps down from Nocelle) but due to no ferries we took a bus back to Amalfi (again with Enzo help on finding a bus stop in Positano with high chance of getting a space on the extremely crowded buses).

Exceptional hike & even better guide in Enzo - The hike itself is something that you would have never experienced. The views are mesmerising, the path is just enough challenging to make the hike worth it. Every moment of the hike is satisfying, with brilliant greenery around you and jaw dropping views afar. Enzo, the guide, is the best person to take you there. Not because you can’t do it alone, but because he will make it enjoyable with his light hearted humor and small doses of ecology lessons. Don’t think twice, just do it with Enzo.

Amazing views with the great Enzo - Enzo was absolutely the best. We was very accommodating, charming, knowledgeable and fun. He knew the Path of the Gods very well. He seemed to be the mayor of the area as so many people greeted him. As bonus, he brought us to a goat cheese maker where we had cheese, wine, local honey (incredible) special tomatoes that take a year to grow and lard (who knew?). The walk had enough breaks to not be overly strenuous. You’ll need good knees and decent balance. I’m 64 and in good shape. Easy. The views have to be seen to be believed.
