Outstanding local experience - This was one of the most amazing experiences of our trip! Rosanna and Pasquale shared their knowledge and food and home with us! The ingredients from their farm and wine from their winery were outstanding! This is a must do!

Country Farmhouse Cooking - Best day ever! Spent the day with Pedro and his family on their farm, making the most delicious meal I’ve ever had. Everything was organic or fresh from the garden….from the homemade wine to the goat cheese and everything in between. Such an incredible experience I’ll never forget.

Highlight of amalfi - The highlight of our Amalfi trip. Set in a beautiful, peaceful garden. Pasquale is a fantastic host...full of fun, laughter, and of course cooking tips!! We prepared tasty food in a small group and then ate and relaxed in the garden. I would thoroughly recommend.

Authentic, heartfelt cooking class – a real piece of Italy! - The pasta and tiramisu cooking class with Pasquale and his wife Rosanna was an absolute highlight! The atmosphere was open, warm and familiar from the beginning – you feel welcome immediately. Pasquale leads the course with incredible passion, humor and passion. Every minute you realize how much he loves what he does. The group was small and therefore very personal, without hectic pace or time pressure. We relaxed and prepared pasta together and received many practical tips and interesting information. Pasquale is very attentive and responds to every question. You feel really comfortable! They ate together, along with homemade wine and limoncello. Then Rosanna showed us with a lot of charm how to make a perfect tiramisu – incredibly delicious! If you love Italian cuisine and are looking for an authentic, lovingly run cooking class, this is the place for you. 100% recommendation – grazie mille, Pasquale & Rosanna! 🇮🇹🍝🍷

Pasta and a Great Farm! - Our cooking class was held at a beautiful home and small farm, which provided a really charming and authentic setting. The host was intelligent, funny, and moved quickly, keeping the energy up even with a large group. We loved that the class was very hands-on when it came to rolling out pasta and shaping ravioli. Adding fresh herbs into the cheese filling was a nice touch, and having a glass of wine while cooking made the experience more enjoyable. Originally, our group was 12, but when a group of 9 additional guests showed up, they were kindly welcomed in. While this was generous, it did make the class quite time-consuming and involved a lot of waiting around—especially before eating, when everyone was hungry. The food, once served, was absolutely delicious and there was plenty for everyone. However, we were a little disappointed that we didn’t actually make the tiramisu ourselves, as it had already been prepared in advance and was just served at the end. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience in a beautiful location, with kind hosts and great food—just be prepared for possible delays if the group size grows.

Pasquale and Rosanna were... - Pasquale and Rosanna were very nice hosts and have a beautiful home in the countryside. It was a journey getting to their gorgeous property in San Lazzardo but the views were worth it alone. We made potato gnocchi from scratch from their entirely sustainable garden as well as fior di latte from cow milk curd which was delicious. The dessert was not completely homemade but it was still delicious. Their homemade wine was very nice and Pasquale was very generous with it! Great experience for me and my wife though we were hoping to make more pasta!
