One of the most noteworthy instances is the bioluminescent plankton present in the bay’s waters. These tiny organisms emit a bright blue-green light when disturbed, producing a captivating appearance in the water. The phenomenon is caused by chemical reactions within the plankton, which produce light as a by-product.

James Bond Island Bioluminescence Tour - Bioluminescence James Bond afternoon tour.
Loved it! Dream was our tour guide and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and safety conscious. He filled us with information about our tour and the Bioluminescent Plankton.
Confidently answered all our questions and spoke excellent English. Our boat driver and crew were awesome. Mohammed was our canoeist, and he also spoke good English and was informative. Our dinner at the village was lovely and we were well looked after. Overall a great time of the day to go on the tour and avoid the crowds.

The best day - WOW. This was a beautiful experience. We were well looked after from start to finish. 8 of us on a private speedboat taken around Phang Nga Bay to Island hop. This included dinner and many sightseeing. We went on a canoe into the caves and around the island we stopped at. Dinner at sunset was amazing and it was great to link in with the locals. We were then lucky to see the bioluminescent plankton. Snacks and water were provided throughout the day. Our guides were awesome.

Excellent tour and service - Staff was very good at keeping everyone engaged and safe. Everything was top notch. Shuttle service, hotel pickup and drop off were perfect. Enjoyed making friends with other travelers. The main event - the bioluminescence - was a bit disappointing, but this has more to do with weather conditions / time of year...not the fault of tour operator. Dinner at floating village was a highlight.

Memorable Experience - A memorable experience. Our tour guide Alex is fantastic. We did a walking tour to enter a lagoon is one of experience. Sea Canoe tour is fabulous. I am little disappointed with Bioluminescent plankton, maybe because we are expecting something like movies, but it's a lot different to it.

Great tour - This tour was amazing! You get to see the bioluminescent plankton but not like the picture. It is much less… I gave this tour a 5 star since the rest of the tour was amazing. From the different island, scenery, and being out in the sea canoes was amazing and breath taking.

Not what i expected sadly but the tour itself was great - The tour itself was really amazing and incredible, i mainly bought it to see the bioluminescent but was surprised to see all the other attraction and discovered amazing islands
The bioluminescent wasn't impressive as in the pictures, we had to go in a dark cave to see them and saw only a small fraction of thrm, seriously not what i was expecting and for the same amount of money i'm going on a two days cruise ship so theres no value for money unless you really want to see the bioluminescent but make sure they are seen, i think they are mostly seen only in special periods of time and when theres no moon so make sure to pick the right day and then it might be spectacular

Not bad! - The trip itself was spactacular, small speed boat with about 15 people.
You get to see amazing sites and explore places you wont see anywhere else
The bioluminescent expirience was disappointing we saw only a small fraction of them in a cave splashing water instead of swimming with them in the open sea
Was a great expirience over all but seriously bad value for money since we found a two days trip for the same amount of money while this trip was only 8 - 9 hours
I recommand it only if you want to see the bioluminescent but i guess you see them brightly only on special days so make sure to research before when its best to see them and pick the right date, then i guess it might be spectacular, best of luck 👌
