Overall good experience - I got lucky and was the only person that booked that night so it was more personal. Because of that I got to ride with her on her motor bike and she even took me to the mall so I could buy a traditional Vietnamese dress.
We stopped at 3 food places in total. I opted for the option were I’d pay for my own food and I think that was smart. I’m a very picky eater and food is very cheap in Pho Quoc. I think it’s a better value especially since you don’t know how many places/types of food you’ll be eating ahead of time.
I’d definitely book again.

Hot Mood with locals and staff who attended us. - Excellent. I couldn't expect it to be that satisfying. Abundance in the food and highlight the treatment of the guide, worked it, kindness and sympathy.

Highly recommend especially if you are a solo traveler 🥰 - I had a great evening with Katie and her husband who picked me up and dropped me off back to my place because I was staying at the southern part of the island. We tried some of the most delicious things I’ve eaten so far during my trip in Vietnam. We had really nice conversations and laughs, so if you are especially travelling solo like me, I recommend you this tour so you can enjoy a good company and yummy food :)

Eat like a local - We did the Food Tour with the lovely Katie and her wingman Ty.
They took us to a street food BBQ vendor where we tried everything from sausage to chicken feet.
Next we hopped into an electric buggy and went to the non tourist area of Phu Quoc town where we had a fabulous Bahn Mi with all the trimmings. Definitely only frequented by locals on scooters.
Then we went further afield and had a fabulous seafood stockpot cooked by Ty and Katie.
We finished the evening with a walk through the night market and coconut ice cream.
Katie is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. We really felt like we had immersed ourselves in the local culture and got to try some great food that only the local islanders would know about.
I thoroughly recommend this tour.

Phu Quoc Food Tours - Katie is a very engaging, cheerful guide, sharing her knowledge and observations about Phu Quoc and life on the island. I think there are food tours aplenty, but to find a quality guide is harder. Would thoroughly recommend Katie.

A fantastic food experience. Highly recommended! - The knowledge of where to and where not to eat, is not to be underestimated when trying out Vietnam’s street food.
Not only do you get that knowledge plus stories of the history behind the dishes you’ll sample, you get it from Katie, the most exceptional tour guide in Phu Quoc! She knows her stuff and the food you’ll eat is the best you’ll find, but you’d expect that.
It’s her friendly and bubbly personality that make this tour a joy from start to finish.
Nothing is too much trouble, even a child fussy eater! Katie sent her husband Ty out on a borrowed scooter, on a side mission to fetch food that our daughter would eat! 10 mins later, noodles appeared and she wolfed it down. Mission accomplished!
From the food to the locals you’ll meet, rolling through town from place to place in a tour buggy, to the fun you’ll have hanging out with Katie and Ty, every part of this Phu Quoc Street Food Tour is a 5 star experience.
Look no further. You’ll love it. Oh and if like us, you haven’t prepared a full itinerary for your Phu Quoc stay, Katie can sort out all of that for you too.
As well as looking after us for the whole evening, she also managed to book us onto tours for the remainder of our stay, with Ty as our personal transport around the island. They made the whole thing simple.
Thank you Katie and Ty for everything! We had a great time in Phu Quoc thanks to your recommendations and help.

Katie is an amazing... - Katie is an amazing host!!!! She took me and my sisters to some amazing spots to try local delicacies on the island. The food we tried was amazing. The food that we tried on the our was a mixture of well known Vietnamese dishes. Along with some new dishes that we were unfamiliar with. She was really attentive and took really good care of us. Ensuring that we enjoyed our time on the trip. Every time that we got to a new spot. She would give us details of the spot and the food we were about to eat. Not only was she knowledge about the food. She would answer all of our questions. Whether or not they were about the food. We really enjoyed our time with her. I really would encourage anyone that goes to Phu Quoc to do the food tour with her. You will have a blast with her.

Katie is amazing! Do it! - Katie was fabulous and so kind. We got GENEROUS portions of food and got to see parts of the downtown that we would’ve not gotten to see or know without the guidance of Katie. Wonderful experience and 100% must when visiting this island.

Great food tour - Great fun food tour. Katie our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly and introduced us to a variety of delicious food from local vendors. The weather wasn’t great, but Katie and her husband did a great job keeping us as dry as possible.

Not the best tour - I have done other food tours in other cities. This one was not the best. We were not guided on what to order at each restaurant. We were taken to each place, sat down, handed a menu and told to get whatever. When you don’t know the food or culture this is difficult. And when we asked for help we were just told everything is good. This was the most expensive food tour we did in Vietnam and it was the worst. Only went to 3 places plus dessert. Every other tour I went on I paid half the price, went to 6 locations and had a better time.
Guide was friendly and fun but some guidance would have been nice especially at the last location. I was hesitant to leave a bad review but since this tour was so expensive I hope to warn other travelers or get this team to make a better tour for people
