4 million lights on display for the Christmas season! - Visited Phoenix in Dec. wanted some things to do and see and this was perfect. Fantastic displays of lights in a great atmosphere. Very organized and well laid out. Worth the visit.

Night at the zoo - Well done light show at the zoo. Games and activities for the kids. This zoo is very open and even with a good crowd this did not feel overwhelming. You must be ok to walk/rent a scooter onsite

Great - Great display. Well worth the effort. Great for families with children. We went in January which is less crowded than around Christmas. The car parks fill up quickly and I would suggest arriving about 5.30. We had no problem with parking. A paper guide as to what routes to take would be helpful. This could be included in the print out ticket that you get online

Viator tickets wouldn't scan - That your viator tickets might not work and you have to go to customer service to get it fixed. It generally takes about 15 minutes for them to try everything to get the tickets to scan before finally issuing you new ones.

Beautiful but pricey - The lights were great, but we had to park about 1/2 mile away in an overflow parking lot and walk in the dark. The entrance fee seemed a bit high for the experience, and of course every other treat and activity inside was overpriced as well, imo. A cup of cocoa was $6.

Fun family activity - Our family arrived right at 5:30 and the crowd was not too bad. The lights were very neat, there were not many animals out for viewing.

Not that impressed - After having been to the Zoo Lights every year since 2018, I’d have to say this year was the most disappointing. The displays weren’t anywhere near as nice as in years past, the large Christmas tree display on the water was much shorter than last years and most everything seemed just thrown together with no real cohesion. Also, many of the foods were sold out in all of snack bars. Overall a disappointing experience and overpriced for what we were able to see.

No fun. Light is just... - No fun. Light is just okay. I don’t think it’s worth the price. Regular lights nothing special. And it’s cold at night.
