Excellent balloon pilot and a very peaceful ride!

Everything was so well coordinated and thought out. We really loved our pilot and the breakfast/celebration toast after the ride!

The breakfast was great. It was more hearty than expected or I have had after any other flight. The pilot, was a little gruff but pleasant enough.

I appreciated the staff’s generally pleasant attitudes, but unfortunately, we did not receive the sunrise balloon ride we paid for. I booked this experience for my birthday (4/10), with sunrise scheduled for 6:05 AM. I also arranged hotel pickup for 4:20 AM. However, the pickup was late, and we were not clearly informed in advance about all the additional stops before arriving at the launch site. Our driver appeared frustrated and may have been new, as she seemed unsure of where to go and how to meet the rest of the crew. At times, we drove on unpaved, very bumpy roads, and the overall experience felt disorganized. By the time we reached the balloon and took off, it was well past 6:35-6:40 AM, and we had already missed the sunrise, which was the main reason I booked this experience. We could also see other companies’ balloons already in the air when we arrived. While the staff we interacted with were kind, there was no offer of compensation, and I only recall an apology from the driver. Very disappointing experience for my birthday.

The pilot (Don) and support crew did an excellent job what a team effort

They waited for late comers, the driver did not know where the balloon was the crew did have the balloon ready, we saw the su rise from the back of the van, the pilot, embarrassed people who asked questions, finally no one was asking questions, the ride was very short, we had to buy the video be person, so 80 dollars for my husband and myself, the breakfast was a burned burrito , then we were to buy a 15.00 champagne glass. The advertisement was far far better than the ride. Very very disappointing
