Beautiful zoo - We got there at 10 and left at 4. Got the tickets on line which was couple bucks cheaper. It is located in a beautiful park like setting. Free parking. In a safe neighborhood. I am used to zoos in the east coast where zoos tend to be at not the safest parts of town.. it wasn't too busy. Beautiful park. I loved the Desert Lives trails. I also loved the equestrian part. I never been to a zoo with a horse stable. The zoo was beautifully maintained and overall asethetically beautiful place. I wished more of the food places were opened.. we had a great time at this beautiful zoo.

Would totally visit again - This is a really nice zoo. We only did like 1/3 of the zoo but had a great time. We enjoyed the stingray feeding and all of the rattle snakes. Who knew there were that many?!

Great experience for the family. - Seeing the looks of the kids faces when they see the animals. The simple thing as the animals eating or the monkeys fighting over there food.

Great zoo experience - This is a great zoo. Clean, friendly staff and just enough animals. It was in the cooler side when we went so many animals were out.

Great zoo - It was a good experience, my wife and I loved it. We did go mid day so some of the animals we too hot to be out, which we understood. Lots to see and really cool animals, who are getting great care. We will be back for sure.

Memorable experience - The zoo was absolutely beautiful! For the most part all the animals in this zoo seemed healthy & well taken care of. My family & I got to ride a camel named Issac, which was cool & something we’d never think of doing at all, let alone at a zoo. Overall experience was exceptional!

Phoenix visit - Nice zoo but aren’t the enclosures too small, for say, the mountain lion, bobcat, golden eagle, condor etc.? Can the Zoo management explain this more?

Not impressed! - Very disappointed. I gave two stars because at least the restrooms were clean! $80 for two adults! You had to pay extra to pet the sting rays! Went to get a coffee for the road and the Starbucks was closed an hour before the zoo closes. Probably a one and done for this zoo! They should take some pointers from the Dallas Zoo!
