Sunsets and silk worms :) - I had a fantastic time on the Silk Island tour with Samnang! We saw many amazing sights and beautiful river views. Watching the sunset with a cold Cambodian beer was a trip highlight for me. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys cycling and wants to learn more about Cambodian people and culture.

Amazing way to get to know the country - Setting off from Phnom Penh and taking four ferries as breaks we cycled around 30km with our excellent guide Simon. We stopped at a traditional silk farm and weaving centre, a tofu skin farm, a traditional market and a temple. All the people are so friendly from the street kids waving high fiving and saying "hello" to the older people washing their cows by the side of the road. Thoroughly recommend the tour.

Great half day tour - We really enjoyed this tour, as we would not have been able to navigate all of the river crossings and roads on our own. Our guide Sath was so helpful and had wonderful English to explain our surroundings. We loved visiting the tofu and silk farms, and the local markets, we learnt a lot about Cambodian lifestyle.

Cycle Kim and Cam - It was a one on one cycle with Kim who was excellent, I am keen cyclist but never have I cycled in such torrential rain, however this did spoil the afternoon. We needed on 4 ferry’s visited a silk farm and a tofu farm all unexpected but throughly enjoyable. If you have an afternoon or morning spare don’t hesitate to book this ! You will not regret it.

Weaving Culture and Scenery: Half Day on Silk Island - The Silk Island bike tour was a delightful way to see a different side of Phnom Penh. I really enjoyed leaving behind the busy city traffic and cycling through rural paths, wooden houses, and green fields. Visiting the silk workshops was fascinating, as they still preserve the traditional weaving methods, which adds a special cultural touch. It’s a light, half-day activity that blends nature, culture, and just the right amount of adventure.

Good local tour - Went solo and was painted with a family. I very fun tour. You get exposure to local tofu skin makers, a market, silkworm cultivators, and a lovely Cambodian charcuterie. I might've appreciated more engagement from that guide but overall no complaints.
