Begin this vacation with this tour. Humphrey will show you why. - Even though this experience can not possibly show you all this island has to offer, it is a very complete and informative tour. When we do it again, we will ask for Humphrey (Amigo Tours) to be our guide as he was informative on the recommended places to go (and maybe not to go)! He also has a stash of rum punch he makes for his guest, be sure to ask for it! Super good! Finally, if you are new to the island, plan this tour during the first days of your visit. The information you receive will help you plan the rest of your trip. Thank you Humphrey with Amigo Tourss and Viator.

Adventure - Our tour was adventurous, our tour guide Mr Humphrey was pleasant and knowledgeable helping us to understand both French and Dutch side of the island and the culture.

Mr. Humphrey is... - Mr. Humphrey is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. He also gave great restaurant recommendations. I can’t forget his great Rum punch that he served us during the tour! 10 out of 10, go ahead and book the tour; it’s approximately 4 hours but you will have so much fun that it doesn’t even feel like it!

Great family trip - We stayed at the Sonesta in Maho Beach. The planes taking off and landing was fabulous! They were so close. We took a half day tour which took us around the island. Our guide was awesome(Bella). Beaches all around. The weather was magnificent.

Good guide, but a so-so trip - Our guide was very informative but the trip itself was only so-so. We stopped at a few places for pictures and opportunities to get a bite to eat, but 5 hours was way too long for this trip. Not much in the way of outstanding, take your breath away scenery.

DO NOT Book with AMIGO TOURS - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER book with Amigo Tours EVER again. We had 6 adults for the Sightseeing Tour of French and Dutch sides. I receive confirmation of pickup from AMIGO TOURS twice and they NEVER showed up. I had the hotel concierge try to call and the answering machine said 'not accepting calls at this time'. We waited for over an hour. I was finally able to reach Viator who this was booked through and they reached a contact who said they couldn't find the reservation...which is a complete LIE since AMIGO tours emailed me twice about pickup times. I will NEVER book Amigo Tours for anyone as they are completely unreliable. Shame on you Amigo tours!!
