Custom Jeep Rental Experience - This organization was very easy and straightforward to deal with. We rented a Jeep for the day and the paperwork to get us started was easy to complete. They could actually stand to revise the document as it is a challenge to fill in the information using a very small font. You hand write all the necessary information. The Jeep was very clean and fun to drive. A map of the island with key tourist landmarks was provided.

Jeep rental - My husband and I rented a jeep to tour the island at our own pave. It was a little disappointing not receiving the color requested after previously being told zi would. Besides that, we enjoyed the vehicle. The staff was accommodating and tried to respond to any concerns brought about immediately.i would rent from thos company again.

Everything as advertised! - Easy pickup and drop off. Very professional! Everything as advertised! Make sure you have a working GPS as it is very difficult to navigate St. Maarten. Nothing is marked!

One of the best days of our trip! - We rented a jeep for our day on St. Maarten. I admit I was nervous about booking something like this online, but everything went very smoothly. From being picked up at the port, to the smooth process of picking up/returning the jeep, and return to the port, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We loved the freedom of exploring the island on our own time. I could not recommend them more!

THE BEST JEEP RENTAL COMPANY - I recently rented a jeep, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The jeep was in top-notch condition, clean and well maintained. The rental process was seamless, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting a jeep for your next adventure.

Ok but wouldn’t rent again - Overall the experience was ok but there were issues. First issue was when we landed we never received any communication about who was picking us up. Earlier messages stated that we would receive the license plate number of the pickup vehicle. Second is the agreement says pickup is 30-45 min after flight arrival. I called at the 30 min mark since we hadn’t heard from them and the man that answered the phone was instantly defensive. I told him I was just wondering what the ETA would be since I hadn’t heard anything. Our pickup didn’t end up arriving until over an hour after landing leaving us to stand in the sun waiting. The Jeep we were given (no option to choose like the listing states) was not even close to being as nice as the Jeeps in the ad. It had peeling paint, scratches and dents. We videoed the exterior to document the damage already done. The GPS seemed to think we were in Israel so was useless for the whole week. Phone charging outlet didn’t work complicating the issue of no GPS when our phone’s went dead. After returning the Jeep at the end of our trip we waited an hour and a half for our ride to the airport. Luckily we had the time to spare but it was still inconvenient to sit in the heat that long waiting when the rental company knew ahead of time when we would be there as they were the ones who told us how much time to give ourselves to make our flight. Overall the vehicle did its job and got us around the island but I feel like I was duped by an attractive ad compared to the product I paid for

Not what we paid for... - The people were nice, but we booked this excusion based on the photos of new hard top Jeeps. We were given a 2007 soft top Jeep. There were new Jeeps there...perhaps they overbooked the excusion, but either way, it wasn't what we paid for.

Never again! - This was our 2nd time to the island and we decided to rent a car and wanted a jeep and was told about the jeep plug. I want to start by saying that the staff was very nice when picking us up from the airport and checking us in at their rental office. But the jeep itself was trash. The roof leaked on the inside. The head lights were so fogged it was hard to see at night in the dark. It rained and the wind shield was dirty from rain and dirt roads but there was no windshield washer fluid so we had to constantly stop to clean at gas station. The phone holder was broken. These are $8 on Amazon and easy to replace. For $500 I would not rent here again. It was not worth it or maybe we got their bottom on the barrel jeep but for what we paid we were very disappointed.
