Great tour and flexible - EXCELLENT… well planned but adjusted to questions. She knew the proprietors by name and negotiated discounts in some locations. Plus she is a great traffic cop when crossing the streets!

Lovely overview of 9th! - We enjoyed all the walking around 9th street, hearing stories and tasting food. It was a nice way to get familiar with the area and what all is available.

Fantastic way to get to know a new city! - Even though I may have missed Chef Jaquie, Chef Lynn was a great substitute!! This tour is fabulous, and I was a solo traveler. A small group, delicious food, and an afternoon worth every penny. It helps when you love what you do and live what you want. Take the tour, eat the food, and make new friends!!

Must do tour - This tour was a father's day gift for my husband. He is part Abruzze Italian and a foodie. We LOVED the tour. It's part history of the neighborhood and market with lots of delicious food along the way. This is a must for all visiting or if you are a residents who's never been to Bella Vista.

Interesting shops but not a lot of food to eat - The tour operator was very engaging and high energy. She shared a lot of interesting facts. The tour went to some interesting shops. The food we ate was good, however there was not enough food. There was an olive oil and vinegar tasing, but that contained no food. We basically got 2 different pizza's and a cannoli. The food offerings were slim, relative to other food tasting tours that I have been on. I wish they had offered additional food options.

Fun tour - Good history from the tour guide. Food tastings were brief but good. She mentioned a place with the best meatballs. We would have liked to try that instead of pizza for lunch. More small tastings would be better and more time to shop the stores we visited Very unique experience and Chef Jackie was very friendly and informative.

Nice way to spend the afternoon - Jacque was good and took care to get us out of the blazing heat. A couple of the stops (balsamic vinegar store and espresso/ kitchen wares stop) could have been eliminated and other places substituted in. Additionally the pizza stop was a substitute and was merely mediocre. The guide’s knowledge clearly was exemplary as was her presentation.
