So Fun! - Everything is so pretty, especially the White Sand Dunes!! Best part is definitely going on the quads (so I recommend you do it even if you need to pay extra). Our tour guide Tom was also amazing, very funny and with a very good playlist!! All in all an amazing experience that should be done if you’re ever in Mui Ne.

Jeep tur - Fantastic trip with Tom, who was our guide. We were picked up at our hotel, also we drove around in the Jeep for the various activities the rest of the day. ATV was clearly the funniest thing on the trip. Great recommendation from here😁

Cool tour that you really have to start at 4.30am! - The private tour went well, we had a nice driver who brought us to the various locations on time. He was excited and happy with the jeep from the Vietcong era. The locations; sunrise, the lake, the squad ride, the red sand dunes, the fishing village and the river were beautiful. Enjoyed it very much. Please note; the night before we were called with the message that it was a bit cloudy and we would not see the sun or we would not want to leave at 8 am. After some thought, he did not go into this and held at 4:30 a.m. Advice is to do this even if it is cloudy. The light and the entrance is much cooler than a start of the tour at 8 am!!!

Overal good but no real sunset - The tour was well organized and Tom was great as a guide. Riding the ATV was fun, the locations were nice. Sadly sunset tour bit too early to catch actual sunset

White dunes worth seeing. Rest rather disappointing. - We had booked the tour for the next day at 4:30. In the evening we got a call that the weather would not be so good in the morning and whether we would rather start around 8am. The sunrise is over the white dunes anyway. How did we get involved? At 8 a.m., Tom picked us up by the road in a jeep. The tour leads first to the white sand dunes. There you have to switch to ATV (quad) which costs 600,000 VND/person. 1 guest and 1 guide per ATV. You are allowed to drive yourself, the guide behind you monitors and corrects if necessary We have driven almost to the end of the 1st big dune. After that the guide took over and drove us almost vertically down a steep flank from the dune. After that he did some wild rounds. I liked it so much that the driver did the same lap again at my request. Then on to the red dunes. They're far less spectacular. You can climb on a dune there and look around. There's not much to see, though. We were then driven on to a viewpoint of the fishing village. There you could take pictures. After that we went to Fairy Spring. Already on the way out we were asked if we were tired. Then it was warned that this would no longer be a nice spot and that anyone with sensitive skin should better not go into the water. We drove along a very narrow path (left wall, right fence) to a turning point. Then the jeep drove through to a compound where foliage had just been burned. The descent to the milky trickle took place via sandbags. The grounds looked unwelcoming and we gave up further activities and Tom drove us back to the hotel. In total, the tour took 3 hours instead of the booked 5 hours. Tom spoke good English, was friendly and helpful. He told us about the lives of the Vietnamese when asked, which we found very interesting. After consideration: The journey took only 3 hours instead of the booked 5 hours. We cannot assess whether the remaining 2 hours were planned for the hike through the creek. Why you need a Jeep, where you drive it all the time only over roads, has not been revealed to us. In retrospect, we saw films on youtube that showed a completely different, nicer introduction to Fairy Spring. On other tours a stop was also made in the fishing village and not above. Due to the inconclusive description of our tour, it is almost impossible to pin someone down here and say the tour did not match the description. Conclusion: Request detailed tour description beforehand.
