TIAGO is the man - TIAGO was the best. We had fantastic conversations with him. He was very personable. We would absolutely do this tour again with Tiago. We will never forget our time here.

A wonderful cultural experience - My husband and I booked with this tour with my parents and it was our favorite day in Porto. Our guide, Tiago Mendes, made our day absolutely wonderful, he was so kind, friendly, and funny! Tiago made sure we felt relaxed and learned so much about the culture while providing us a connection to the locals and avoiding large crowds. Our day with him was flawless and the wine and food was excellent! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Duoro experience with Tiago! - We had the most incredible experience on the Douro wineries and boat full day tour with our driver and guide, Tiago Mendes. From start to finish, Tiago made the day truly special. His warm personality, deep knowledge of the Douro Valley, and passion for sharing the region’s culture and history made every moment memorable.
The visits to the wineries were perfectly chosen—intimate, authentic, and filled with delicious wines and fascinating stories. The boat ride along the Douro River was breathtaking, offering stunning views of the terraced vineyards and a chance to truly soak in the beauty of the valley.
Tiago took care of everything with professionalism and kindness, making us feel relaxed and well looked after throughout the day. His insights, recommendations, and easygoing nature elevated the entire experience.
We couldn’t recommend this tour more highly. If you’re visiting Portugal, a day in the Douro Valley with Tiago is an absolute must—it was a highlight of our trip!

Great tour, great host, great people - We had a fantastic time with Alex on this tour. The stops were well spaced and each place provided a different experience and a fascinating insight into local wine. Alex was a superb host and guide, and made everyone feel welcome and included. His local knowledge and tips were superb. This was everything we could have wanted and would highly recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful and Educational - Wow, what a fantastic day we had! Tiago was our guide, and he was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly, always accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was also patient with our group, which was really appreciated. He answered so many of our questions, which is not an easy feat when you have 6-8 people. The views and vineyards we visited were breathtaking, and the memories we made will last a lifetime.

Perfect Day in the Douro Valley with Wine, Food & Scenery - We joined the Douro Valley Tour on August 15th and had an unforgettable experience. The itinerary was perfectly balanced with three excellent wine tastings, a delicious authentic lunch, and a beautiful river cruise that showcased stunning vineyard views. Our guide was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the day both informative and enjoyable. Transportation was smooth and comfortable, and everything was very well organized. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations and is a wonderful way to experience the beauty and culture of the Douro Valley. I highly recommended!
I do have a suggestion (change the first stop of wine tasting for one within a vineyard).

Fantastic tour at the Douro Valley! - We had an incredible experience at the Douro Valley tour with our guide Alex today!!
Every single details from transportation, tour guide, tasting experience, lunch menu recommendations, river cruise all the way to table arrangement are handled with great care and attentions.
There was a little hiccup at the beginning as the other couple who was supposed to join didn’t show up on time. Alex handled it with great professionalism and patiently waited nearly 20 mins. When we had to finally get going, he even checked on passerby to see if they were the said couple on our way to pick up the car. It really showed how much he cared.
Thanks to Alex for a great day and an incredible company. He also sent us a few nice recommendations for more restaurants for our stay.
I know their company offers a few other tours and I won’t hesitate to recommend it to any visitors who like us are looking for memorable travel experiences.
Will definitely join again on our next visit.

Wonderful Day in the Douro Valley! - My wife and I loved our day spent in the beautiful and scenic Douro Valley! The wine, port, and olive oil tastings coupled with learning about the history of the Douro Valley made the day that much more enjoyable. Lunch was great and in a wonderful setting at a family winery. We loved the Douro River boat ride as well! We also liked how the trip out was broken up by stops so as to not feel as long. I know there are many options, but I would highly recommend this particular tour!

Excellent, enjoyable day of wine and local food tasting - My son (21) and I had an excellent day on this tour. Tiago struck a perfect balance of being friendly and informative with allowing us space to enjoy the tasting experiences. We included the river cruise which was well worth it.
