Heavy but totally worth it - The road to the mountains is a bit bumpy, I recommend not to eat too heavy breakfast or take some medication for dizziness. Once you arrive at the base camp, the view is already spectacular, climbing can be a bit heavy, if you climb on foot I recommend climbing calmly but without prolonged breaks, full make this excursion on your first day in Cusco, I would recommend leaving it to the end, the height of the place can affect you quite a lot. Once at the top you can only enjoy the spectacular views, you do not want to go down.
Our guide, John Wick, was very empathetic throughout, plus we enjoyed a very good breakfast and lunch and in good quantity. I found the quality of transport very good.

Super recommend - The climb on foot is pulled, but there is an option to climb and descend by motorcycle (70 soles and 90 turns), or by horse (begins with 70 soles and goes down along the climb).
The landscape is even more beautiful on sunny days. It was cloudy when I went, but it was worth it.
To take a photo in the hand are 5 soles and the stamp on the passport costs 2 soles

Good price, good guide, good experience - We had a very good guide named Ronald and a good driver. The buffet on the way was good. A great experience and a good price.

Physically challenging but worthwhile - This was an amazing experience in the Andes. Not recommended for people with physical disabilities or those with difficulties handling high altitudes. However, this tour was well organized and professionally done, combining relevant information and the historical facts making it a learning experience with the thrill of an epic andean challenge.

All good. - Guide John was very close with the group and very attentive. What I didn't like was the food from the tourist dining room. But all good on the tour

Wonderful place very poorly managed - The beauty of the place is undoubtedly impressive. The travel agencies and the communities that manage them mistreat the traveler/tourist and treat us like idiots. The communities (villages that charge in cash (only), and with strict control so that everyone pays, also the bathrooms; and it turns out that then you find those with motorcycles, quads and a fair of all kinds without garbage control and with the objective of selling to the stupid travelers. A carnival of diverse people, which we try to climb on foot or on horseback (price depending on how they see your face or how you pay). And a llama with sunglasses at 5200 meters above sea level with a native lady to help you. Take photos. No respect for the environment. And no control of influx. A shame that such a special place is not respected by the native communities themselves, nor should a certain level of noise be maintained. Very bad. managed.

Great destination- horrible tour - The destination itself is great, so the experience should have the same starting point for all the tours.
That said, this agency felt more of like “I know a friend who owns a van and knows the route to the mountain.”
The van’s seating were very uncomfortable for a 3-4 hour drive and didn’t have AC, so windows were open. No issues with it on a normal road, but a big chunk of the road time to the mountain is not paved so dust will come inside. Glad I don’t suffer from asthma or any respiratory problems. Also, the tour doesn’t honor the time as shown in the itinerary: it said from 4-4 and I was picked up at 5am. Needed to cancel two reservations back in Cusco due to arriving 3 hours later than expected. Why? God only knows.
The guide itself had a great energy.
