Wonderful Experience - We had a great time with Life Expeditions! The guide was amazing, professional and prepared, he encouraged us although the route was not easy, especially for those of us who have never been to high altitudes. The food, from breakfast to lunch and dinner was always excellent. The times were calculated well. The night in the tent is really cold, we recommend that in addition to the suitable sleeping bag, you bring lots of layers (up to 7kg can be entrusted to the horses). The stars were amazing! The climb towards the Rainbow Mountain is quite easy, and the sunrise accompanies you throughout the entire journey. We arrived first, wonderful experience! The red valley is magnificent (entrance is not included in the tour, bring some cash). We returned very tired but fully satisfied! I absolutely recommend this experience, even if you need to be fairly trained to walk and acclimatised (at least 2-3 days in Cusco).
