Good service on tours in Colca - I think it's nice the attention and respect that the company gives us. The guides were very attentive and took good photos of us and taught us very well the history of each place.

Visiting the Colca Canyon with Arequipa Explorer was charming - The second day of my visit to Arequipa I went to visit the Colca Canyon, although it can be said that the road trip is exhausting and getting up in the early morning is also exhausting, in reality the landscapes that are known are fantastic, you can appreciate the flight del Condor and one of the deepest canyons in the world, the access roads were adequate, and the attention of the travel agency was always professional with guides and drivers who were very serious and kind in their work, it was one of my best tourist experiences

the places are beautiful, but the organization needs improvement - The trip to Colca Canyon was as exhausting as described. It's unclear why it starts at 3 AM and returns at 5 PM instead of starting at a more reasonable time like 6 AM. By the end of the trip, the group was so tired that we didn't even get off the bus at the stops. More stops would have been nice, as the scenery is beautiful and we wanted to take photos, not just from the bus window. Throughout the journey, it felt like we were in a rush because the guide kept hurrying us, and she was quite scatterbrained; at one stop, the bus almost left without me. The guide's information was basic and uninformative.

Worst bus ever!! - The guide was great, the tour was average, the food was good, but the transportation was the worst. I’m 5’10” and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me for 8 hours. You are in this bus for 8 hours and it is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been in a vehicle. This company does not care about your comfort. This is a torture mobile. If you are over 5’6”, you should book a different tour, why ride in a torture mobile when other companies actually care about your comfort and use a decent bus.

Beautiful place, terrible experience - Was told the tour guide would pick me up between 3.10 and 3.30 in the morning, i was woken at 2.45 with the receptionist bashing on my door telling me the guide was waiting for me. No shower or time to organise so I left for the bus and was treated as though I was late by the guide. On the bus an incredibly obnoxious family decided to take the entire back half of the bus with the teenage daughter deciding to sleep on the seat behind me with her knees well and truly dug into the back of my seat for the first 3 hours of the ride, after asking the guide to speak to them she refused and told me to move instead. So I moved to the only available seat that was in front of me. Her father then decided he would change seats to sit in my old seat and took every opportunity he could to mess with my seat to which the guide did nothing about. Tour guide then gave me inaccurate information about meeting times and places at colca valley for the return trip and then proceeded to speak to me in a condescending tone and making jokes about me in Spanish to the other passengers thinking that I didn’t understand Spanish. If it’s not enough that the tour was incredibly unenjoyable and patronising when i complained to the office via WhatsApp about the general rudeness of the guide and her reluctance to take up the problems caused by the obnoxious behaviour of the family they told me they would give me a refund provided I didn’t not post a review. After being told the refund was being processed, which didn’t happen they then blocked me on WhatsApp and expected that I would just forget the refund I guess

Never again:( - So it was purely a tourist tour. At the Condor lookout, there were tons of crowds. We expected more from the tour. The day was rather wasted and better used. Our tour guide slept most of the time. It can also happen if you get on the bus in the early morning that slaps an alcohol flag in your face. Since most young tourists go through the night, until the start of the excursion.
