Unforgettable days - The light was golden, the mist was rising, and the ruins slowly appeared below us. People were quiet. It felt sacred. After four long days, that first glimpse hit different, it was emotional, raw, and unforgettable.

A great adventure - We started hiking before sunrise, and the climb to Dead Woman’s Pass was brutal. I had to stop every few steps to breathe. But when I reached the top, the wind hit my face, and the view over the valley took my breath away in a different way. I cried a little, tears of pride and relief.

Well organized trek - Well-organized trek with experienced guides who made sure everyone stayed safe and informed. The food was surprisingly great, and the camping spots had stunning views. Bring good hiking boots and altitude meds!

Five-star treatment - From our pickup in Cusco to our final descent into Machu Picchu, the team was flawless. The guides were professional and engaging, the porters were beyond heroic, and the meals – how was it even possible to eat so well while camping? Five-star treatment on a mountain!

A life-changing family adventure - We did this trek with our teens (16 & 18), and it was the best family decision ever! Watching them push through challenges like the high-altitude passes made me so proud. The guides engaged them with stories about Inca messengers (chasquis) and let them try chewing coca leaves (don’t worry—it’s legal here!). The porters even baked a cake for my daughter’s birthday at Camp 3! Machu Picchu was stunning, but the real magic was in the shared moments.
