Vinicunca Mountain - The journey begins with a pickup from your hotel near Cusco’s historic center between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m.
The trip proceeds south of Cusco to the town of Cusipata, where the first stop will be for breakfast.
The journey continues along the trail to the parking area, where the hike will commence.

The journey continues along the trail to the parking area, where the hike will commence.
The hike to Rainbow Mountain will take approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival, the guide will conduct a Coca reading, and participation is encouraged. An explanation about the site will be provided, along with ample time for photos and exploration of the area.
The return will follow the same route back to the parking area, then back to Cusipata for lunch, before heading back to Cusco (estimated arrival time: 5:30 p.m.).
