A perfect day to wrap up our holiday!! - Wonderful experience from the get go! Staff were a delight, food was lovely and everything was well organised.
From the boat captain Lee, the land host Kim, to the team on board they were all friendly , fun and professional. A big shout out to Bec and Ariana who had the most lovely voices and gave such great performances it was a terrific end to a very special day. The food was lovely, the winery has some great samples and if you go hungry then it is your own fault as there was lots to share and engage in.

Nice Way to Spend a Day in Perth - This was a lovely wine tasting boat trip into and back from Swan Valley. Service was excellent, staff very friendly and the tour content was spot on. The trip itself was great overall, but the open bar on the return leg definitely makes it good value for money!

Amazing experience. - Fantastic experience. Make sure you are on time and sit back and enjoy the experience. The food was great and the wine served was delicious. The entertainment was amazing on the return trip. Chocolate factory was very busy but fine as it was Mother’s Day. You will not be disappointed.

A true Taste of the best of Perth - What an amazing way to spend Mother's Day.
All the staff were so friendly, professional and attentive, from check-in, boat staff, bus driver.
We had a beautiful smooth journey up the Swan River into the Swan Valley, accompanied by some wonderful food and a nice selection of wine and bubbles.
The Swan Valley tour took us to the Lancaster Winery, where we were treated to a very informative wine tasting session paired with some tasty local cheese and crackers.
After a few bottles were purchased, we were whisked off to the Margaret River Chocolate factory and Providore, for more tastings and shopping.
Then back on the boat for a leisurely cruise with tea and coffee and yet more servings of food. Topped off by some beautiful singing from the very talented boat crew.

Great way to start a holiday in Perth - Great relaxing way to start our holiday in Perth. Views along the Swan River were amazing, good food and we enjoyed the wine tasting experience too. Staff were attentive and entertaining. Nice touch with a crew member singing on the way back.

Great day out. ... - Great day out.
Catering on boat was terrific, lovely lunch and 3 different wine tastings, good afternoon tea and open bar on return journey.
Only one vineyard visited, so can’t call this a wine tour.

Great day … don’t eat breakfast beforehand - Great day. Mixture of boat and bus depending on the tides. Food and wines galore. The commentary going there was mixed. Lots of people talking while the captain was talking. Maybe give an option for those who want to listen….give headsets to listen and to also drown out the idle chatter.
Choice of wineries were nice but I didn’t find a wine I could rave about.
Meet some lovely people.
The staff singing on the way back was not my cup of tea.
Good day though. More positives than negatives.

Good and not so good - Our original trip( gourmet wine cruise) was sadly cancelled by the cruise company and we were offered a refund or an alternative cruise. We opted for the alternative cruise which was running on the same day as our cancelled trip.
Good points..
Crew were entertaining and very helpful.
Wine tasting on board was nice with cheese and biscuits
Wine tasting at winery well organised and good
Chocolate stop was ok
Trip back on river was very pleasant with free flow wine
Not so good points…
Drinking water on boat was vile -sorry to be brutal but chemical city and undrinkable with no option to buy bottled water..
Lunch was pre ordered and very basic menu ( burgers salad pizza). Sadly several lunches were served 25 mins after everyone else..
Mini bus was mini! If you’ve got a bit of a girth ( I have!) it was quite tight to pass up and down the aisle.
Bus driver was very good though and she drove us very nicely.
All in all the day was ok but quite expensive for a river trip with burger and chips or pizza. I think the gourmet meal at sandlefords winery would have been much better but we didn’t get that opportunity.

Cancelled twice! - We went to Perth for a two-week holiday in June and booked this cruise several weeks ahead of our departure. While we were in Perth, the company rang to advise that the date we had booked had been cancelled, so we changed to the following day. Then they rang to advise that this cruise had also been cancelled, so we claimed a refund.
This was very disappointing because we only had limited options and it was something we were looking forward to as part of our Perth visit.
So, I have no idea what the cruise was like! And pretty poor that such a renowned cruise company can't manage their bookings.
