Leave the city behind for a day to experience some of Western Australia’s finest natural attractions. - Yanchep Lavender - Guests can visit either the Yanchep Lavender Farm or the Yanchep Chocolate Drops Tearoom. At the Lavender Farm, savor treats like lavender ice cream and freshly baked scones, while the Chocolate Drops Tearoom offers a variety of exquisite chocolates and sweets. Morning tea is included, providing a wonderful chance to relax and enjoy these regional delights.
- Lobster Shack Cervantes WA - For lunch, we head to Cervantes, home to the renowned Lobster Shack. Choose from their menu and relish delicious WA seafood paired with a refreshing beverage while enjoying the stunning coastal views. (lunch at guest’s expense)
- Lake Thetis - After lunch, take a stroll along the Lake Thetis boardwalk to see some of the world’s oldest living fossils, known as Stromatolites. In a region rich with flora and fauna, we’ll wander through a vibrant array of wildflowers, including banksias, bottlebrush, heath, grass trees, and kangaroo paws, all in full bloom when in season.
- The Pinnacles - With our lungs filled with fresh sea air, we continue to Nambung National Park to marvel at the extraordinary Pinnacles desert. Composed of shells, the Pinnacles date back millions of years to when the land was submerged under the sea. Thousands of limestone pillars rise mysteriously from the desert. We will visit the visitor information center to learn about these formations before walking a few hundred meters to see them up close.
- Perth - After exploring the Pinnacles, we head south back to Perth.

Enjoyable learning experience - Each stop was a wonderful experience staying with morning tea at chocolate drops. The tour guide, Summer was pleasant and information. Well worth the trip in the small bus.

Great Tour Guide - We had an amazing experience on the Pinnacle, Lavender Field, and Lobster Shack tour with Andrea as our guide! She was incredibly punctual, ensuring we stayed on schedule while driving safely and comfortably. Andrea’s knowledge about the sites was impressive and she shared fascinating insights throughout the tour.
One fun tip: if you hand Andrea your phone to take photos, you might find a few surprise selfies in your album! Her sense of humor and politeness added a delightful touch to the day. Highly recommend this tour and Andrea as your guide! She deserve a promotion and a pay raise. Thank you for the experience

The Pinnacles - must see - A very good trip with the prime purpose of visiting The Pinnacles. Our tour group was 21 people plus guide Mal and driver Gus. Both of them were excellent - very informative and knowledgeable. The lunch stop at Cervantes Lobster Shack on the ocean was good too.

The Perth Pinnacles. - The Pinnacles covered a vast area, much more than I imagined so very impressive. Not so the flies! I liked the visit to the stromalites. Summer was a great driver and informative. The lunch stop was very busy with a nice outlook.

Pinnacles were spectacular - Summer our driver and guide was excellent. The pickup spot at the Criterion was dodgy as it was a rough part of town. It was a long and uncomfortable bus trip in a very small van. There was no opportunity to spread out or swap seats. The Pinnacles were terrific and it would have been good to actually walk around a bit further. Perhaps the stop at Yanchep National Park was unnecessary?

15 minutes to walk around Pinnacles? - Being in a small van, we could drive along the narrow marked route between pinnacles, which a large bus could not. However, being advised only 15 minutes to walk around and take photos while there was extremely disappointing. Weren't even given time to check out the gift shop later. Lavender farm didn't happen. Old van, little legroom, little audible commentary. Unprofessional tour.

Disappointed! Duped! - Disappointed! A very, very old, noisy, basic bus with uncomfortable seats arrived to take us on our Pinnacles trip. The bus was messy and not as clean as should be. Old take away coffee cup… driver had things everywhere.
When on board, we were told that the lavender farm was not happening and instead were taken to Yanchep National Park, a poor substitute. The company, Autopia, had known for some days that the lavender farm was not available yet did not make any effort to inform those who had purchased tickets in case they wanted to cancel booking. We were supposed to have “local produce “- didn’t happen!
We were taken to the Lobster Shack where you had to purchase own food.
Following lunch, to The Pinnacles, where our driver (guide???) pointed out the souvenir shop and toilets and the way in to the Pinnacles and said “be back at the bus in an hour “! The advertisement for this trip said a “guided walk “…
We could have had more time at The Pinnacles as it was advertised as a nine hour trip, however we were back in Perth in 8 hours.
There are other trips to the Pinnacles which are cheaper than this Autopia one and which also offer dinner and wine or a barbecue… this was expensive and a very poor experience! I booked through Trip Advisor so am disappointed with their affiliation with Autopia! I would not recommend anything Autopia!
