Perth to Kalbarri

Perth - Departing from Perth, the journey begins with a leisurely drive along the coast, leaving behind the cityscape for open roads, refreshing sea breezes, and the stunning natural beauty of Western Australia’s coastline.

Three Bays Walkway - The coastal loop adventure kicks off with a stroll along the breathtaking Greenhead Three Bays Walks. After enjoying lunch at Dynamite Bay, part of the Three Bays Walk, the journey continues up Indian Ocean Drive, offering spectacular coastal vistas.

Pink Lake - On the way to Geraldton, a stop is made at the remarkable Hutt Lagoon Pink Lake, a natural wonder celebrated for its vivid pink tones and ever-changing colors.

Kalbarri National Park - The journey proceeds to the magnificent coast of Kalbarri at the Natural Bridge, followed by a relaxing walk along Castle Cove. An overnight stay in the tranquil seaside town of Kalbarri awaits, where the Murchison River meets the Indian Ocean.

Kalbarri National Park to Monkey Mia, Shark Bay

Kalbarri Skywalk - Explore the wonders of The Murchison Gorge and Z-Bend in Kalbarri National Park, where water has sculpted the sandstone. There is an option to try abseiling (additional cost). Walking distance is approximately 3km.

Nature’s Window - Relish the breathtaking view at Nature’s Window, an ideal spot for capturing that perfect photo.

Monkey Mia to Geraldton

Monkey Mia Reserve - The morning begins with an encounter with the renowned Monkey Mia dolphins, offering fantastic photo opportunities. The Dolphin experience concludes at 9 am, after which there is free time to enjoy Monkey Mia’s beaches or embark on a wildlife cruise to observe dugongs, turtles, sharks, sea-snakes, stingrays, sea birds, and fish (at guests’ own expense, pre-booking required).

Shark Bay - Leaving Denham at 1:30 pm, the journey heads to Geraldton with stops at the Overlander Road House and Galena Bridge for photo opportunities.

Geraldton to Perth

Jurien Bay Jetty - The trip continues to Port Denison for a walk along the foreshore and to the lookout. The route then returns along the Indian Ocean road, stopping in the town of Jurien Bay for a walk along the Jetty.

Cervantes - The journey proceeds to the charming seaside town of Cervantes for a delightful lunch at the renowned Lobster Shack, followed by an optional guided tour of their Lobster factory.

The Pinnacles Desert - The adventure continues to Nambung National Park to explore the extraordinary Pinnacles Desert, where thousands of ancient limestone spires emerge from golden sands, creating a surreal and otherworldly landscape. There is time to wander through this unique natural wonder and learn about the fascinating geological processes that formed it.

Perth - Relax on the bus for the final stretch, enjoying the last views of the scenic countryside before returning to Perth, with drop-offs starting around 6:30 pm.

It is not unheard of for temperatures to reach over 50 degrees Celsius in summer and can get below zero overnight in winter.
