- What an amazingly awesome experience. I highly recommend the tour. Very experienced paranormal investigator. The equipment was phenomenal . Our investigator “ Erica” was very informative, very professional and just all around awesomeness. Will definitely be going back and recommending .

A Must-Do! - This tour was absolutely outstanding! Erica was extremely knowledgeable and connected with the building. If you enjoy history and exploring the paranormal this is a must do if you're visit Pensacola! There was plenty of activity from spirits, equipment is provided and I brought my own as well! We lucked out and got the tour to ourselves, so it was a very personal experience. I couldn't have asked for a better day out, we enjoyed this immensely!

I highly recommend this event to anyone who is skeptical and for those just wanting an evening out to do something diffe - My friend thought this would be something cool to do as they are on vacation. We agreed but I thought it was going to be a history lesson and some mumbo jumbo about the building being haunted. Well let me tell you what... once we got into investigating using tools I got goosebumps many times. I used the metal rods and my jaw kept dropping. I enjoyed it a lot. The best part was when she spoke to each of us and pin pointed on things there is no way she could have known.

Nothing like it, a really great experience - Our group of six just returned from the Spirits of Seville Quarter Ghost Tour with Ericka, and we’re still buzzing from the experience! Over dinner, we laughed about how skeptical we were going in, convinced it would be just another ghost tour and hesitant to believe in spirits or that it would be worth the money. Boy, were we wrong—this tour was phenomenal! Conducted entirely within the historic Seville Quarter, a single building brimming with history, it gave us a fresh perspective. The building itself is amazing and I've to be explored. Half our group, Pensacola locals, saw this familiar place in a whole new light. Far from spooky, the tour was engaging and thought-provoking, thanks to Ericka’s masterful storytelling. She wove captivating tales of the building’s past as a tobacco company and rumored brothel, sharing intriguing stories about spirits like Wesley. She even toned down some of the horrific details as we had a nervous tween with us. We really were enjoying the tour, using the dousing rods and using the app and thermal guns... but then.... she BLEW OUR MINDS! Ericka, using her psychic medium gifts, delivered a deeply personal message from our friend’s mother that brought us all to tears. It was so precise and heartfelt that it left us all speechless—truly mind-blowing! Exploring rooms like Rosie O’Grady’s with ghost-hunting tools like EMF detectors added a fun, hands-on element. Ericka’s approachable and knowledgeable demeanor made the experience feel personal and unforgettable. And the meal was delicious too! We can’t recommend this tour enough to anyone in Pensacola seeking a unique, eye-opening adventure!

We love Erica & the Ghosts of Seville Quarter! - This was such a fun activity to do with family and friends! Erica was our tour guide and she was absolutely incredible! Local History - Spouse and the in-laws looking to absorb some local history. Figuring out where to meet up in the Seville network of bars threw us off a bit, but the presentation was very enjoyable.
