With over 15,000 butterflies freely flying at any given time, it is Malaysia’s largest butterfly and dragonfly garden. Observe over 120 species of rare and exotic tropical butterflies fluttering around you and discover the most unique live tropical insects and small reptiles, including scorpions, frogs, and other intriguing species. This living garden also showcases more than 200 plant species with waterfalls, ponds, caves, and other artistic garden features.
Additionally, there is a hatchery and a ‘Preserved Butterflies of the World Museum’ to explore!

Kapitan Keling Mosque - The Kapitan Keling Mosque showcases a unique blend of styles, merging colonial architecture with traditional Moorish arches. Its interior is adorned with a magnificent crystal chandelier and calligraphy panels. Built by the Indian Muslims, primarily the head of the Indian Muslim community, Kapten Caudeer named the mosque after himself and Keling, which was his birthplace.

Yap Kongsi Temple - The Yap Temple, the clan temple of the Lum Yeong Tong Yap Kongsi, is located next to it. The clan temple is situated at the corner of Armenian Street and Cannon Street, within the core zone of the George Town UNESCO World Heritage Site.

St. George’s Anglican Church - The street begins at St. George’s Church, managed by Anglicans, and built by the British East India Company in 1819. It is recognized as the oldest building in Penang. Constructed with Greek architecture, the interior features a cool pastel blue with marble floors, and outside the main building on the church grounds is a memorial to Sir Francis Light in the form of a Greek temple.
