Review for private tour - We booked a private tour in Pattaya and it was absolutely worth it! Our guide was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The itinerary was well planned — we visited the Sanctuary of Truth, Nong Nooch Garden, Big Buddha Hill, and had time to enjoy the beach as well. What I really appreciated was the flexibility: we could adjust the schedule to our interests, and the guide gave great recommendations for local food and hidden spots. The private vehicle was comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned, which made traveling around so much easier.
This private tour made our Pattaya trip stress-free and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a personalized experience instead of joining large crowded tours.

Nice trips - During my trip to Pattaya, one of the best parts was having a reliable driver. The journey from Bangkok to Pattaya was smooth and comfortable, and the driver was punctual, polite, and very professional. He knew the city well and recommended great places to visit, including Koh Larn, Jomtien Beach, and the Sanctuary of Truth. He also patiently waited for us at each stop and made sure we had enough time to enjoy without rushing. Communication was easy, and he was very friendly, which made the trip more relaxed. Having a good driver really made exploring Pattaya stress-free, and I would definitely recommend his service to anyone planning a visit.

Perfect Customizable Pattaya Day Tour - Highly recommended private tour via Klook! Our driver was punctual, kind and knowledgeable. He suggested great stops based on location and time. The Sanctuary of Truth was absolutely stunning and Nong Nooch Garden was so beautiful we lost track of time and skipped Khao Chi Chan since it was already closed. The seafood by Pattaya Beach, recommended by our driver, was incredibly fresh and delicious. The tour was very flexible, and we were able to change plans easily. We even extended our driver’s service hours because we were enjoying the trip so much. The company clearly cares about your safety and experience. Perfect for a customizable and stress-free Pattaya trip!

Best private tour in Thailand - We've got a lady driver and I should say she is the best driver. Very kind, accommodating and nice person. Worth the price. Definitely will book her again on my next trip to Thailand.

Mixed experience: great destinations, some negatives - We liked the destinations: Sanctuary of Truth and Nong Nooch Botanical Gardens. Getting the bus ride at the Gardens was very helpful in getting around in the heat. It had already been a long, hot day, so at the end we made a very quick stop at Khao Chi Chan, and skipped Pattaya Beach altogether. For the two stops that required additional fees, it was very helpful for the driver to go and pick up our tickets.
However, there were some negatives: (1) the driver spoke very little English, and we had to use Google Translate a lot to communicate with him. (2) The driver was busy on his phone almost the entire time -- this didn't feel safe. (3) Making am unplanned stop at Chang Thai Thappraya Safari (their reviews aren't great) was not what we expected from our tour -- we were here for sightseeing, not to do unrelated activities like zipline or shooting guns or boat rides.

Total nightmare - Operator spent more time selling us cheesy tourist trap venues that were not on the itinerary than listening to us about how to reallocate our time across venues on the itinerary. We ended up spending most time on the out of sequence venue that we specifically indicated we wanted to spend the least time on.
From a safety point of view also, the operator/driver, on the way out of Bangkok spent more time scrolling through her texts and emails on her second phone in her lap than looking at the road while driving in the fast lane. We felt most unsafe. She is a danger to herself and her passengers. She has no business driving people around.
